I was recently rereading it on spacebattles, and I'm very happy to see it updated again. Lockhart fics are pretty rare, and this well written even more so. I recommend checking it out!

This assumes that 40% of all the people gain a blessing. We don't know what the real percentage is. From a school of 500, there might be only 5 that get a blessing, and then most likely none of them are going to be too highly ranked.
