it's not bashing, it's just a fact that Hiruzen has zero excuses for his action and inaction regarding Naruto's well-being. it's not like people randomly bash or hate him, its simply that there is no way to explain the situation or defend Hiruzen . harry just had too much plot armour. without his mother's protection and Voldemort using Harry's blood to revive and essentially giving harry another life AND if it wasn't for draco getting disarmed and losing the elder wand, which Voldemort didn't realize when he used it on harry, Harry would be dead long ago. Salazar would be far more versatile and skilled in many areas, he also would be more ruthless and cunning in his attacks. Some of the strongest wizards were Slytherins and even his descendants, so it's reasonable to believe Salazar was very strong, He would likely have better spells and understanding of tactics and thru experiments a lot of different attack and defensive measures plus he's more likely to be more ruthless and go for the kill at every chance where as godrics sense of justice would limit his own potential. Ravenclaw is more likely to be the scientist type who purses knowledge just because she wants to.

Be warned, the title is bait. The mc isn't really a dark lord or a true Slytherin type character or a character who dabbles in the gray zone. The MC is basically basically a Gryffindor minus the hot-headed part. MC sides more with the golden trio and Gryffindor than his own house. Readers read dark lord or Slytherin titles hoping the mc ain't a goody two shoe, that evenytually becomes buddy buddy with Gryffindors just because 🤦‍♂️

hormones can only do so much, it's because the author needs his mc to interact with them so he makes them like kiddos. also, some dudes are just peds. at that age, hormones can he a problem but if you're mentally an adult them it won't affect you. We literally see it everyday, loads of teens who have maturity way beyond their years, not all affected by hormones, that's proof that a strong and particular mindset can offset the "it's hormones". Author dumbs his mc down, it's literally that simple

no, in cannon they were friendly but the nature of their characters wouldn't have made them friends sooner. The issue with this one is they just give you Hinata right off the bat and magically they gonna like eachother. That's the author already having intent and just forcing it. Naruto just gets put into class and wow, it just so happens that he sits n It's Harem so that makes even more sense. Hinata being timid is why she and Naruto don't have a real relationship of any kind the entire series.
