omg this book is full of suspense, action and a true love story that makes you feel every emotion but I was not expecting such a heartbreaking end. 😭 I was hoping for a second book to make this story not so horribly heartbreaking. I couldn't hold back the tears thinking how all he wanted and was trying to do was get to her again

its good.. until about the middle chapters were it seemed rushed and forced.... esp the ending.... alot of skipped scenes,,, its at most a happy end but lost some potential... felt like halfway the author wasnt sure how to handle it ,,,if that makes sense

An Atypical riches to rags story. There is a lot of character and political intrigue in this story. It's amazing how interested the author can get the reader to be in Sophie even though she a pitiful but unlikable person (at least in the beginning, I haven't read it all yet.
