47 Setting Up Leadership
"OK now that she is gone who did you see as belonging to who, Micheal. I know you know who should follow which Captain and who shouldn't for one reason or another. It is time to get this sorted out so I can start the oathing process and get this seethe under one leader. It is taking longer then I wanted it to take and wasting my time and patience." I stated partially annoyed.
"Very well you know under me should be Terry, Giles, Dimitri, Christian, Gabriel, Angel, Sten and Charles. They are either extremely smart, rational, have unique abilities that will need to be watched or complete psychopaths' and will need kept under control. With my visions I can prevent any of them from causing any issues and fully under control. Terry and Sten view Cain as weak and will never be able to obey him no matter what you do to them. But with me saving their life they will serve me faithfully and will obey you Master without question. Their devious nature will benefit the seethe and help prevent deceit. After all you know the saying, you cant con a con man. Giles will be a good rule keeper and book worm if we need it. He has some unknown potential that I can sense that once linked to someone actually powerful meaning you Master it will show up just like what is happening with Georgina right now. Dimitri is a god at speed and will be the perfect spy as will Gabriel. Angel has a strong sense of loyalty and honor and will clash too much with the regular people with their lack of conviction and wont work under any of the captains. Christian will be an issue if he cant be caught on his starting fires, he is 1/8th Magicborn and has an affinity with fire. He will not be able to hide from me."
"I get your reasoning behind who you want under you now what about under Cain? Who should follow each captain? Lets start with Seth." I replied with a sigh.
"Seth is simple, Sebastian, Tatsuya, Usui, Hugh, Victor, Peter, Harry, Cullen should be under him they are down to earth and a touch either quirky or nerdy and will mesh well together. Sebastian, Tatsuya, Usui, Victor, Peter and Cullen are all strong and athletic as well as smart. Seth is not athletic but he is intelligent enough to keep them on their toes and they will respect him for it as he will use them to their fullest and play to each others strengths while supporting them with Hugh and Harry that are devious, which is Hugh, or innocent, which is Harry, and that will unify them in a common goal to protect the weaker members that benefit them without force and can get people to do what they, themselves can not do." Micheal explained.
"Doug?" I asked.
"Doug is harder with his nature and personality but these are who you should give him. Seto, Roman, Jerome, Carter, John, Ron, Jowan are all either people who enjoy music, drugs or alternative things. Jerome, Carter, Seto and Roman are EXTREMELY old and are pretty set in their ways. Doug has a way of working with people like that to do what he wants them to do in their own way that just flat out works. I don't claim to understand how he will be able to do it but he will be able to do it and your jaw will drop while you watch him do it. He just screams stoner and to watch out for his laziness but the moment he is needed for something they will all jump to his tune in a heart beat." Micheal explained with a slight laugh.
"Ok that leaves us Max, He has proven himself loyal and deserves to be a captain but whom should we give him. even you said he lack confidence and people later will be prefect for him in time. We can't not give him someone right now as it will show he isn't valued. I was looking at the one person that wasn't given a name who you sent over to the seethe area. What is his name? Hanho I think someone called him." I stated.
Cain nodded and replied, "Yes that is indeed his name and he is like a rogue, quiet and stealthy and very fast. If we give him to Max and tell him he is going to be heading up an elite group that is small and designed for stealth, observation and information gathering it will make him very happy as he prefers the shadows and always has."
I looked around and Micheal nodded, as well as to me it just felt correct as well.
"We now have a plan in place and I agree with what you saw and you saved me from spending a day or two to figure out who should go where. Thank you Micheal and Cain for your insights." I replied. "Please Cain go out and send in Max now and Georgina when she is done."
Cain bowed and left, eyeing Micheal with what looked like and felt like pure rage and hatred. Max came in shortly afterwards looking very confused.
"Hey Max, You have proven to be the most obedient and loyal so far so I would like to offer you an opportunity to be the head of a very important elite group within the seethe. It will be small and designed for stealth, observation and information gathering. I will need people who thrive in the shadows and will be fully loyal to you and me. Would you be interested in heading up with wonderful opportunity?" I asked hopeful.
"By small do you just mean me? I understand that I am not a good leader as I am not like Seth and Doug and outgoing. If you mean you have a purpose in mind for me that is not mainstream like the others then I will gladly accept. You don't need to protect my feelings though and can tell me you don't want me to lead a group right now." Max said boldly.
That statement from him out of the blue shocked me to my core. I couldn't believe that he would think so little of himself or that we would think so little of him. Without him we would of not had Micheal and I probably would of died. He is valuable to me more then he knows.
