White Pedals

Falling asleep while watching the movie Kina recommended to me, I had fallen weary the second the opening title came on. Exhausted from work as I lightly touched my eyes to clear the tears, my fatigue was all the same as I began taking off my clothes.

Unzipping the side of my skirt, I pulled them off and threw them onto the floor. Touching the cool part of the couch with my bare skin, I turned and lifted my legs to remove my light brown leggings.

Feeling the cool breeze hit against my sweating skin, I felty pours finally relax as I took off my shirt and laid my head down. Tilting my head as I was half asleep, my phone's ringtone suddenly vibrated from in between the cushions unver my pelvis. Given my unexpected gasp of pleasure, I reached for my phone and sat up as my eyes sharpened when I saw the caller ID.

Opening my phone, I waited for a response, however, I was only met with silence until I heard her soft, excited voice.

("Hey... W-what am I-")

"A-agh! Hmm... "

Pulling my phone away as I began to feel my face blush, I gulped while carefully listening to the other end.

("There's nice way, Kina is... ")

"Agh! Yes, yes! Ugh... Hmm! "

("Holy shit! She actually is! What... ")

Closing my eyes as I drew in a deep breath and shouted at my phone.

"Kina you massive pervert! Don't ass dial me while your in the middle of getting off! "

Catching my breath, I heard her scramble for her phone and gasped as she asked if I was listening.

"No shit... half the block could hear your insatiable, moaning! "

Waiting patiently as she suddenly went silent, suddenly, I felt a chill as I heard something coming from my room. Carefully getting up as I held my phone in between my breasts and walked, half naked to my room. Creaking the door open, inside, I turned the light in and found Kina, half dressed and on my bed while holding my pillow.

Closing my phone and holding it tightly in my hand as I directed my, pissed off gaze at her half smiling grin.

"Kina... W-what are you doing to my pillow? "

Attempting to keep my cool, she looked at me and then pissed me off when she repeated my question.

"O-oh! This pillow? Well-"

"Ehh... When I asked for your advise last week about my face smelling funny... You were lying after all... He-hehe... Okay, Kina... I'd love to hear how you'll tall your way out if this one. "

Immediately gunning for the door, I slammed her half naked ass to the ground with a head lock and knocked her unconscious.

"Argh! Kina! This is the last straw! "

Getting dressed and putting on my coat, I grabbed my keys and left the apartment. Angry, I bought a plane ticket to Japan where I greeted my grandparents and decided to move abroad until my head became clear.

Sitting down near the porch with a warm, I had only my underwear on as the heater cranked high. My reflection glistened from the patio doors as I looked at the snow covering our backyard. Holding a cup of tea, I sat in between the cold from the glass and the warmth in the room to create the best feeling imaginable.

Turning as my grandmother held her gaze towards me, I closed my eyes and spoke to her as I was feeling vulnerable.

"Nana... Why am I cursed... "

Shining her soft smile, she sat down beside me as she tried to comfort me by telling me stories if her youth.

"Listen... When I was in my early stages as a woman... I would have a line if suitors lying in wait for me as my killer looks caused quite an uproar at school..  "

Chuckling as my problems never extended that far as I was homeschooled first most of my life, she then continued  

"My point is dear... No One of those boys made me feel like my heart was about to explode! It was not until after my graduation that I intensively began my pursuit for a worthy liver to claim me... "

Irritating to hear her used those words as I hated the way she put it tighter, she held my hands and looked me in my eyes as she continued.

Sitting up as her story took an unexpected turn, I waited patiently as she continued.

Shaking as this was the first time I hear about grandpa in a coma.

"That same night, he miraculously woke up to wipe the tears of my face as my cries somehow reached him to wake up and protect me... You should have seen him, sweety... His resolve even after being beaten to a pulp.

When he told me he made the guys who were talking behind my back, give their word to never mess with me again as he absolutely refused to stay down after talking all those heavy blows to the chest and face... My heart fluttered for a brief moment until I remembered about my previous crush and how it all ended...

I was at my lowest as I wanted to have a happy life and here was a man who went the extra mile just to shut down rumors of someone else... "

Sitting up as her eyes became timid and more delicate than before.

"What happened next? "

"Hmm... I was going to get up and use the bathroom until he caught my hand and pulled me onto his chest as he then kissed me while my guard was down. Slightly smiling as his response was overwhelming with confidence as he took the opportunity and used it one me.

She had made herself a wonderful family and met a caring husband who loved her. Chuckling as I felt stupid for worrying about her all this time, I turned and headed home until she caught a glimpse of me through the window and chased me down. "

"I hid, of course... That day at her school was still haunting me with humiliation. Besides, it was first the best as she needed to focus in her family than a persistent suitor... Agh! Imagine my surprise when she showed up at our mansion the very next day.

It was nostalgic as I stood in the same place and saw her approach me in the very same manner as before... Surprised when instead of a punch, I was wrapped in a hug a she apologized for what happened all those years ago. "

"Was it really a good idea to leave her in my apartment... I don't care anymore. It's not just her, but everyone at work who keeps messing with me as they always put me in uncomfortable spots... Ugh... I hope I can find a way to rid this stupid curse... "

Crossing my legs, I cuddled into my blanket and fell asleep while dreaming about Nina and the others as they made my life difficult as each wanted to do something indecent with me, every chance they got. However, the thought of it being Nina who would someday succeed, made my heart calm as I dozed off into a deeper dream.
