In an alley dozens of corpses could be seen moving extremely fast.

A flash of red dodged between the bodies of the zombies quickly harvesting lives as it went along.

After all the undead were gone the red thing finally stopped moving, showing a clear figure of a man.

Long blood red hair and a pair of liquid gold eyes stood out against his dirty visage as he stood in the middle of the massacre.

This young man's name is Qin Luo and he was an orphan before the end of the world came.

When disaster struck he got together with a few others from the same orphanage to flee, but they were weak almost unable to contend against the zombies much less the malicious human heart. Because of his pretty face he encountered a lot of trouble, thankfully he awakened his supernatural power and was able to protect himself and his partners.

At this moment he was about to leave the alley a shot rang out piercing directly into his heart killing him, the only thing he could think of as he died was ,"finally ,I can die in peace."

Writing is new for me.. The premise of my novel is inspired by many great works that I have loved over the years. And some elements I have in my novel that are slightly similar to them but it's just the skeleton of it, the real meat of the plot is entirely my own cooking. Some of the influence that is more noticeable is from The Runesmith (By Kuropon), The King's Avatar (By Butterfly Blue) and Shadow Slave (By Guiltythree). I have immense respect for these legends and I can only hope to follow in their footsteps.
