Contract

With the skyline stretching out below him, Woo Hyun was seated in his lavish office at the height of the Echelon Hotel. His icy gaze skimmed over the papers stacked on his desk, but his thoughts were elsewhere. He had been captivated by Si Yoon's strange and enduring magnetism ever since their first encounter. He could not escape the lustful longing that she had ignited in him due to her beauty and grace.

He drummed his fingers on the desk as he considered his next move. He had seen Si Yoon's name right away when it had come up on the list of candidates for the hotel receptionist post. His fascination with her grew stronger due to their relationship with Kang Soo, the man who had deceived him. She had looked distressed at the charity function, and he chuckled as he remembered it, knowing that her father's treachery had put her in a difficult situation.

With endless ideas rushing through his mind, Woo Hyun sat back in his chair. He has dealt with similar circumstances in the past, controlling and manipulating with his influence and power. Other prominent businessmen's daughters had been entangled in his web, only to be tossed aside when he became tired of them due to their jealousy and possessive nature. He was positive Si Yoon would be the same. This was not much more than an attraction. However he definitely was curious about her reaction since she did not seem to be the one who liked his company at all. The girl always preferred to stay away from him as much as possible and was always cautious of what she said in front of him which made him want to control her all thed more.

Reaching for his phone, he dialed Jae Won. "Set up a meeting with Kang Si Yoon," he gave the command. "I want to see her in my office as soon as possible."

An hour later, Si Yoon was standing in front of him, her countenance a mixture of fear and uncertainty. Her beautiful brown hair fell over her shoulders as she donned a basic skirt and top. She exuded a gentle nobility that further intensified Woo Hyun's yearning, even in spite of the apparent stress she was experiencing.

Si Yoon said, "Mr. Woo Hyun," her voice calm despite her nervousness. "You wanted to see me?"

For a brief period, Woo Hyun calmly studied her, his icy eyes taking in each aspect of her look. Indeed. Have a seat."

She obeyed and took a seat across from him. With his penetrating gaze fixed on hers, Woo Hyun leaned forward. His voice was low and authoritative as he stated, "I have a proposition for you." "Your father owed me a significant amount of money, 10 billion won, for a deal that failed because of his actions."

Si Yoon's cheeks lost color as her eyes grew wide with disbelief. She trailed off, "I... I didn't know," "I had no idea."

Woo Hyun ignored her protest, continuing with his proposal. " Ofcourse you didn't. But that doesn't change anything does it? You have two options, Ms. Kang. Either you find a way to repay the 10 billion won, or you agree to my terms."

"And what are your terms?" Si Yoon questioned, a little shaky in her voice.

Woo Hyun said frank, "You will move in with me for two years." " I'll pay off your father's debt in exchange."

Si Yoon's look changed to one of incredulity and rage as her eyes grew even wider. "That's absurd," she uttered, raising her voice. "You can't expect me to agree to such a... a degrading proposition!" Even though he hadn't said it, it meant almost selling herself to him in exchange for the money her father owed and there was no way she would agree to such a ridiculous demand.

Woo Hyun remained unfazed, his cold demeanor unyielding. "Those are your options, Si yoon. Take it or leave it."

Si Yoon stood up, her fists clenched at her sides. "I refuse," she said, her voice shaking with fury. 

Woo Hyun's eyes narrowed, his tone becoming even colder. "Then you can find another way to repay the debt.''

Si Yoon glared at him, her eyes blazing with defiance. "I'll find a way," she declared. "But I won't sell myself to you."

With a slight smirk, Woo Hyun observed her go away. Her spirit was admirable, but he knew that she would eventually turn back to him out of hopelessness. She was not unlike the ladies he had dealt with previously; all of them finally gave in to his demands. This was just another battle, just another game.

Woo Hyun felt a tremendous sense of satisfaction as he reclined in his chair. He was captivated by Si Yoon and resolved to own her, no matter what. He enjoyed the challenge that lay ahead, knowing that this was just the beginning of his quest.
