## Prologue

I would never have thought I would experience the Isekai reincarnation in another world trope. I've read many stories with a truck-kun chasing down the main character, It's always a moving company truck or deliveryman of some sort. I was ran over by a motorcycle on this bridge. It seemed that both me and the other person fell into the water and drowned.

A disembodied gender neutral voice echoed, "You have died. It was judged the other party is at fault and you will be receiving karmic compensation. Your current karma entitles you to reincarnation as a regular human while retaining your memories into a world of chance. After the roulette selects your destination, your karmic compensation will allow two slight modification (such as multiply this by 2 or divide that by 2). You are entitled to ask 1 question without limit and any further questions are up to the supervisor, me, to determine if I answer or not. You will be given 30 seconds to think to your self starting, now."

The voice continued, "It has been 30 seconds, you are permitted to transmit your single question."

I think I understand, "Are the modifications multiplicatively stackable and do you allow conditional adjustments?"

The voice answered, "That's two questions, but the modifications are not multiplicatively stackable as it's additive such as 1 becomes 2 then from 2 to 3. Lastly, yes you can use conditions."

I thought as much and I had my confirmation. I realized I was not able to speak my interjection. I hoped that I would know what is to come to happen.

I do not remember much about the story to be honest. I think I remember the gist and story background, it was about a harem protagonist who levels up and fights against invading monsters. He has some sort of mental issues getting near others.

The voice didn't give me time to think, "State your two requested adjustments or modifications. It will be automatically be adjusted if too weak or strong."

I start, "I want to triple all the gains of everyone in my party, such as skill points and mana per level, and experience and drops per enemy. I will use both of my modifications for this."

The voice announced unemotionally, "Your request is being adjusted."

Several seconds later, the voice announced the results, "Your skill points per level, mana regeneration rate, and received beneficial buff effectiveness will be tripled. Anyone else in your party will receive 50% extra skill points per level (going from 2 to 3 skill points per level) and their mana regeneration rate will be buffed by 50%. You have insufficient karma to adjust total mana or adjust rewards from others or to adjust buff duration time or effectiveness of possessed skills such as detection effect, duration, and area size. You will be transmigrated as Kaya Kazuhisa right as the world changes."
