Luffy, an innocent boy who is known for the straw hat he wears on his head, has never thought much about women and relationships. Luffy hasn't caught feelings for anybody, nor does he know what it is like to fall in love. But, at the beginning of Junior Year, he starts to get these feelings around a certain orange-haired woman named Nami. Nami has always had some sort of feelings for the idiotic teenage boy who acted like a child, also known as Luffy. She has never understood why she had these feelings for him, but she knew that this boy drove her crazy. She's never actually been in love either, but she thinks that maybe this has changed. Have these two teenagers finally learned what it is like to fall in love? Are they meant for each other? Will things with them work out?
