Dire Emergency

"Hey Vladimir. Do you have anyone who can get a better read on the situation?"

Anapo spouted after snapping out of daze to turn towards Vladimir who seemed to be a bit tense.

Vladimir soon recuperated himself and replied,

"No, but I can make a call to my organization."

"Good, go take care of that then,"

Anapo responded immediately causing Vladimir to retrieve his phone form his left pocket before *tap* *tap* *tap* then placed it to his ear.

Anapo then continued,

"Maèl. Mathis."

"Yes sir!"

Both Mathis and Maèl simultaneously replied after appearing before Anapo in a kneeling position.

"Are you two prepared to fight?"

*nods* "We are."

Maèl simply stated even though deep down he was yearning to let loose.

After witnessing the Ranking Tournaments that he didn't get to participate in Maèl developed an urge that made him hungrier and hungrier for a battle. He had been holding it back for when he was able to go wild in his afternoon training.

"Alright, you two go get your squadron ready and head back towards the Arena. And whatever the situation...make sure that it's dealt with."

"We won't disappoint you."

'Now that that's settled I now need another squadron to stop the separate terrorist attack. Hm? The only two of the Ten I have available are Sasha and Omega.

The others are on a secret mission gathering intel on the Kingdoms movement. Dammit! That's another problem we'll have to take care of.

Furthermore, Alfeios is still in seclusion and I haven't seen him since then. But I hope he's doing just fine.

Either way I'll just have to summon those two and proceed with the plan.'

Anapo thought as he carefully devised his next move with a stroke of his chin.

Just as he thought to summon Sasha and Omega he was interrupted by Vladimir who seemed to be devastated.

"Ah, Mr. Jundeager?"

"Yes, what is it?"

Anapo inquired as he shifted his gaze upwards to look at Vladimir. And he too noticed Vladimir slight shivering.

What Vladimir was about to say he found hard to let out.

"Umm...it's the organization...they've been subdued,"

Vladimir muttered shockingly.

"What? Could you be more specific?"

Anapo responded with a chocked expression.

"The casualties are dire. Out of the 300 men we have they've all been injured gravely. 10 Class-S, 100 Class-A, 90 Class-B, and 100 Class-C, are all in a badly beaten state. I was lucky that a agent was able to receive my call,"

Vladimir explained slowly to Anapo.

Anapo became lost in thought after hearing this piece of information.

'If the A.P.E. organization has been subdued, does that mean where next? Hold on, let's put this together....the news reporter said there's been a terrorist attack at the Arena then the other attack in a city a few kilometers away must be the A.P.E organization. To put into conclusion, whoever is attacking their goal is to get rid of the organizations.'

Anapo seemed to have caught a better understanding of what's transpiring.

"Sasha! Omega!"

"At your service,"

Anapo then yelled as two figures suddenly appeared beside him before concurrently replying to his call.

"Get your squadrons ready! One of you will then head to the A.P.E organizations base and the other to Capital One's Arena,"

Anapo ordered the lowered heads Sasha and Omega.

"Yes sir. As you wish,"

Both Omega and Sasha slowly rose from there position to make haste with their master's order.

'Hm?'

Omega of the two noticed a figure appearing in the distance from their position.

With both hands in their pockets, was a tall, young man who amassed dreaded white hair and cold blue eyes harmonizing with his dazzling countenance.

He wore a an all black blazer with blue and white roses on either sleeves, matching his pitch-black, slim dress pants.

That person also had a white collared shirt unbuttoned at the neck underneath that blazer.

'Who...Wait...is that?'

Omega became surprised to the point where he turned to Sasha only to realize she too had a shocked expression.

'This feeling...it's definitely him..but why does he feel as if it isn't at the same time?'

Omega was confused as the figure approached closer.

"Hey, Sasha, Omega,"

The person walked between the two, heading towards Anapo.

'Alfeios? He's changed'

Anapo thought in all seriousness.

*stops*

"Greetings, gentleman and ladies. Good evening, father,"

The figure that had everyone clueless was no other than Alfeios.

Even so, their reactions were anticipated seeing that Alfeios had deviated both in physical appearance and mental acuity.

"You've changed."

"Not really. But you could say...I've elevated,"

Alfeios darted within his encompassing area to glimpse a few foreign faces while Anapo closely speculated his son from head to toe.

'He's, different. Though he didn't admit it I can somewhat feel it. There is a different presence within him. A very dangerous one at that. But...I don't think everyone can sense it. Because I can barely comprehend it myself'

Alfeios, who had been glancing around suddenly stopped his gaze at an individual who stood to the right of his father.

He relaxed his shoulders, subtly puffed his chest, and locked eyes with the person.

If you haven't guessed by now, that individual was Soo-Yeon.

'This person...who is he? And that glare that he's giving me...it's so empty and emotionless but yet it can give off such tremendous pressure'

Soo-Yeon stared back at Alfeios, feeling slightly pressured.

'I can confirm that whoever this person is...he's on an entirely different level from my team members. Why didn't he attend the Ranking Tournaments?'

Soo-Yeon couldn't help but question himself after witnessing such a rare specimen.

"So, who might you be?"

"Oh, don't mind me. I'm just an acquaintance,"

Soo-Yeom flashed Alfeios a friendly smile.

"I see. What about them?"

Alfeios removed his right arm from his pocket before pointing towards the clustered group that consisted of Soo-Yeon's team members.

"They are my team who performed in the Ranking Tournaments. Which leads me to ask, why didn't you take part?"

'Hmm! Soo-Yeon? From the looks of it you're a very smart and unpredictable man. Who would've thought you'd bluntly ask such a question. Oh well...'

"Not to be cocky, but what's the point? It's just a tournament after all. It doesn't signify a thing to the current me right now,"

Alfeios flat out spoke his mind. However, his remark sparked a feud within Soo-Yeon's team members.

"What did you just say? Do you know how hard we've worked to just to leave empty handed,"

"Hm? Who are you?"

Alfeios turned towards the direction of the irritated voice.

"Just call me Hanuel Ba. But drop the formalities, I don't like your attitude,"

Still slightly injured, Hanuel Ba snarled at Alfeios.

'How dare he downgrades the Ranking Tournaments'

Alfeios scanned Hanuel Ba up and down.

"Oh really. Did I ask for you input?"

"You damned...bra..!!"

"Enough!"

Soo-Yeon halted Hanuel in his tracks who scoffed at Aimer.

{Alfeios respectfully nods}

Alfeios suddenly averted his gaze from Soo-Yeon and his group before turning towards his father.

"Now that the disturbance is out of the way. Father, what's the plan for the situation?"

'That man...whoever he is, he's very strong'

Soo-Yeon locked his eyes onto Alfeios back.

'It's a good thing the matter didn't escalate'

Soo-Yeon sneaked a glance at the irritated Hanuel who stood next to him.

Progress has been very, very slow. But please bare with me my fellow companions.

Yours truly,
