If the god and the goddess truly managed to seal a certain type of technique, then it would make sense that they would need several levels of a seal. After thinking for a while, Aion came up with some ways to seal certain abilities. The first would be to cast a spell all over the world that would make people not think or forget about a certain topic, like the most simple way to use time magic.
The second method he came up with was also using a technique or spell to prevent the use of that ability. Aion believed that the statues had that purpose. They didn't need to be put in several parts of the world but together, and as long as they exist, they have that kind of power.
