Ancient Saiyan Great Ape

Kalan had thought it to be difficult to enter consider the barrier of obstacle, the space distortions and warpings.

*Whurrr* *Swoosh* But as soon as Kalan and Bardock stepped closer toward Planet Sadala. A mysterious and powerful attraction force pulled them down to Planet Sadala without their consent. Kalan was alarmed but was completely unable to pull free. But luckily the mysterious force seemed able to consciously avoid all the dangerous areas surrounding Planet Sadala.

*Bang Bang* The mysterious force did not give Kalan and Bardock an easy landing and they crashed hard on the surface, forming 2 giant craters.

"That was crazy... if we weren't way beyond a normal Saiyan's strength. That would have turned us into meat pastes..." Kalan said as he thought of the mysterious force.

"Ugh.." Bardock grunted in pain.

"That really hurt... Kalan you're lucky you are way stronger than me." Bardock said as he saw Kalan look completely fine after that crash landing.

"This feeling though... It feels somewhat familiar and nostalgic..." Kalan said as he felt a mysterious pulsing feeling upon stepping on Planet Sadala.

"Hahaha. That's because it's our home planet! Our original home." Bardock laughed as he also felt the same feelings.

"I can feel my heart pumping harder and my body seemed to be filled with vitality. But this planet really looks gloomy and desolate..." Kalan said as he took in his new surrounding. The gravity was actually 100x, if the Saiyans from their time were to be here. Many would have been crushed to their death merely from the gravity.

It was dark like night, the sky crimson red with 3 blood red full moons hanging in the sky. The land was desolate, the ground was arid, not a single green spot could be seen. Many sand colored mountains could be see in the surroundings. Kalan and Bardock purposely avoided to look at the moons. The planet was suffused in a strong killing intent that tried to pervade every being on the planet.

"Is this really our home planet...? Can life even exist here?" Kalan said. He saw not even one straw of grass, no trees or life.

"Let's look around, there should be life in other places." Bardock said as he flew up.

But moments later he was pulled down by the same mysterious force that pulled them down earlier. Bardock tried flying several times without success. He had even turned into Super Saiyan 2nd grade.

"I can't fly..." Bardock said with a worried tone as he undid his Super Saiyan form.

"Let me try." Kalan said as he tried flying, but the results were the same.

"Haaaaa!" Kalan shouted and transformed into Super Saiyan 3rd grade which had equal power to a normal Super Saiyan 2.

"Fly!" Kalan jumped hard and flew up quickly. Suddenly the mysterious force pulled at Kalan.

"Haaaa!" Kalan shouted hard as his Ki exploded out to resist the force. He barely managed to hold on as he was bit by bit, slowly pulled down.

"Huff. I can barely resist the force, but it's still impossible for me to fly up..." Kalan and Bardock looked at each other worriedly. They did not know how to leave the planet.

"Forget about that for now. Let's explore the planet, we still haven't found even one Saiyan not to mention any living beings at all."

They walked several kilometer's when suddenly they heard a howl.

*HOWL* A strong and ferocious howl reverberated throughout the surroundings.

Kalan and Bardock felt their hairs stand up as they felt a strong sense of danger.

"That sounded similar to a great ape." Bardock said. It was similar to what he usually heard when the Saiyans turned into a great ape and howled. But the howl felt much stronger, wilder and savage.

"Let's be careful. I can feel great danger from that howl." Kalan warned as he knew that Yamoshi in the stories had succumbed under under the hordes of Saiyans, even though he had managed to become a Super Saiyan God. The Ancient Saiyans must be incredibly strong.

Kalan and Bardock carefully tiptoed over and saw a gigantic great ape. Ordinary Saiyans could turn into a great ape the size of 30-50 meters. But this great ape in the distance was over 100 meters! It looked very similar to their great ape transformation. Brown fur red eyes and ape like jaws. But they were not only taller but also bigger.

"How can a great ape be so strong!" Kalan said. He felt the strength from the great ape was even above his!

"The great ape's strength is stronger than mine! It gives of a strong presence of savageness and bloodthirst... But it's aura is uncontrollable, he isn't able to fully wield it's strength." Kalan analysed and told Bardock. The great ape seemed to have had it's mind taken over by the strong killing intent suffused on the planet.

"Even stronger than you? How strong are the Ancient Saiyans? How did we become so weak..." Bardock exclaimed in surprise and mumbled in sorrow. He naturally took pride in being a Saiyan. But they were even forced to their own extermination due to their powerlessness. He currently believed Kalan could defeat Frieza with ease, but to think the first Ancient Saiyan they saw was already stronger than Kalan, stronger than Frieza!

"Maybe they couldn't leave their planet? I don't know where this mysterious force came from. But it should not have always existed. Otherwise we would never have made it to Planet Vegeta." Kalan said as he knew the Saiyans had migrated to Planet Plant and then taken over it and named it Planet Vegeta.

"It looks like it's controlled by it's primal instincts to kill... Let's get out off here. I don't want to fight that especially considering it's size. I would have to jump up and fight it... We have a natural disadvantage due to the mysterious force pulling us down." Kalan said as he quietly stepped far away from the great ape.
