He’ll stand at the top, no one can come close to him Plain and simple

Standing on a building, a young kid that looked to be in middle school with pale skin and white hair with red eyes wearing jeans and a black shirt with white stripe like patterns on the sides looked down at a local store, suddenly the window broke as two men came out and jumped into a car, the kid sighed before jumping off the building
If anyone saw this they would widen their eyes and look away in horror thinking they'd see a kid die in front of them but instead the kid's hands stayed in his pockets as the ground crumbled beneath him, creating a crater that he simply walked out of unharmed
He took another look at the shop currently being robbed before turning away and walking through the alley though not before hearing the sounds of sirens and cars speeding through the street
The young kid was… well he didn't know who he was. All he knew was that he wasn't supposed to be here, much less alive
He remembers his death and the fact that this world is fictional, this world shouldn't even exist yet here he is. Alive and as someone he couldn't have dreamed of being
During his walk an older man suddenly stepped out from a corner and blocked his path
Suddenly his hands turned into claws as he pointed towards the boy
"Look kid just give me what you got and you'll walk out of this cleanly"
The boy however didn't even bother, he knew there was someone in his way but he was currently blocking out all sound so he didn't know what the man was saying but frankly, he wouldn't care either way
The man, seeing the kid ignore him and keep walking, became angry and struck, his claws would have pierced through any other person he's robbed before but instead
*smash!*
His body was flung into the wall, his claws cracked and broken as they turned back into his normal hands
"GAH!" The man yelled in pain not expecting to be thrown into a wall and for his hand to be broken! He looked up only to see the kid staring down at him
He shuddered and started shaking, every fiber of his being was telling him, screaming at him, to get away, to find some way out of this alley and run. But he couldn't, not when the kid was in his way
"People like you never learn" The boy spoke for the first time, and just then the man seemed to shrink from the kid's cold, almost disgusted tone "Guess I should start clearing it out, starting with you"
The kid extended his hand which made the man shudder until he held his shoulder, the man closed his eyes yet when nothing happened, inwardly sighed and thanked that this kid didn't do anything, until that thanks turned to fear and utter shock as he felt his body explode from the inside
He barely had much time to think on that before he himself exploded completely, his body now nonexistent as his blood covered the alley
Yet, with all the blood, the kid didn't have any bit of blood on him, not ever a speck of dirt was to be seen
The kid walked away as he thought over just what he was going to do with his life
He is Accelerator, and this story will show how he becomes the strongest Japan, no. The world, has ever seen
