The Rulers' Ascension

"What did you say....?"

Alexander's eyes trembled in fury as fired seems to break out from his eyes at any moment now.

"They say.... That they won't obey my students....?"

"Yes sir!"

Millions of people with each of them having the commanding voice equal to that of an "Emperor" all responded.

Alexander's throne shattered as he gripped it too tight, he was about to shout in anger when suddenly he felt a slap across his face.

"Wake up! You sleepy head!"

Alexander's eyes that was burning from flames awhile ago calmed down and he woke up from his sleep by his "beloved" wife.

"You're dreaming again! And you promised that you'll wake up early because this is our first day in the magic school academy."

Elizabeth crossed her arms and pouted while she kept on glancing at Alexander.

Alexander sighed and scratched his head.

'What a lovely dream again.' He smiled happily while the deepest part of his soul yearned to break out from the everlasting anger and passion that it's being suppressed from.

He clenched both of his fists and thought, 'Someday...'

Slap!

"There you go again! Mumbling to yourself of who knows what."

Alexander smiled wryly and rubbed his forehead that was slapped.

"Yes Ma'am!"

"Hurry up!"

Elizabeth shouted as she waited for Alexander outside their simple house.

"Ye... Yes! Just a moment ma'am!"

Alexander said as he stuttered while fixing himself.

'Still as grumpy as ever...'

Pak!

*Sigh*

Expecting it already, he just rubbed the slapped back of his head and continued on fixing himself.

"Why are you so slo-"

"Hm?"

Alexander raised his eyebrows in impatience as he glanced back at Elizabeth. He pinched her adorable cheeks and gave her a peck on her lips and continued on fixing himself.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth stood there in stupor still confused as to what happened. She scratched the back of her head in confusion and continued waiting outside again for him.

"Wow.... So this is a magic academy....?"

Alexander widened his eyes in surprise as he looked around the place inside the magic school that they enrolled in.

Mountains surrounded the area, birds were chirping, eagles are flying all around with sonic like speed, dogs were barking with the thunder volume like sounds and many more fantastical things that you can ever imagine was inside this "school".

Instead of a school, Elizabeth and Alexander felt like they went inside a whole new world that's hidden from the common masses.

*Snap!*

Awakened from their stupor was a loud finger snapping sound that rang loudly just enough to wake them up.

"Welcome to our Genesis Magic Academy, young ones."

In front of them was a kind looking hunchbacked old man that's holding a stick in one hand to keep his balance while the other is placed on his back.

He kept on glancing back and forth at them as if he's looking at new interesting products.

Alexander noticed it and didn't mind it at first, but when he noticed Elizabeth being uncomfortable, his eyes blackened for an instant and looked deeper into the soul of the old man as if he's the most harmless creature on the earth while a God was looking at him.

"Ah!!!!"

It was just a moment that it happened, but for the old man, it felt like centuries has passed. He was sweating buckets and hurriedly wiped it to not look pathetic in front of the new students.

'What was that?!' Even with his thousands of years of cultivation, he still haven't detected where it came from.

He kept glancing right and left and even used his godly divinity to detect who it was but still haven't found who it is.

He looked back at Alexander and somehow felt relaxed.

"Let's go young ones."

"Yes sir, let's go."

Both Alexander and the old man walked faster towards their class while pretending to be calm.

As for Elizabeth....

'Who are these monsters?!!!!!!' Even when not looking at her, the principal can still feel her killing intent that surpassed that of the Asura God.

'You guys are monsters!!! You're both monsters!!!'

'Shut up!!! I'm innocent here! She's the only monster here!'

"Huh?"

"Yes ma'am!" Alexander immediately turned around and greeted her like a soldier while sweating buckets and looking all around the place and can't look at her straight in the eyes.

*Smooch*

With a smooch on his lips from Elizabeth, Alexander finally calmed down and the three of them finally went to their next destination.
