Lost or gone?

Yellow school van hurtled on the cul-de-sac endowed with hibiscus and Marri trees, making a tranquil nonchalant stop, a teenager could be seen alighting and waving back for whomever else was in the van, which by no doubt are presumably fellow students- Light Academy. The van sped off after negotiating the corner on the cul-de-sac whereas the boy scratched his hair, checked his attire after concluding that he was presentable, he opened one of the white gates with wordings 'Ted FLT304' and majestically matched in, in a business like manner.

'Ichiro you are back'

' Yeah am back Suzie'

'Glad, just change, something is in the kitchen'

'Thanks, but am good, how is he?'

'Still in his bedroom – definitely on the bed.'

'Ok' sighed Ichiro with frustration, 'I have brought roses- his favorites.' Amplifying steps were heard as Ichiro walked on the tatami with elegant tiles, dropped whatever he had in the sitting room then upstairs, opened the door and got petrified. Then finally shouted with enthusiasm.

'He is awake, Suzie Suzie come quick'

In mere seconds everyone surrounded my bed, took me into the sitting room, all of them were filled with eyes of amazement, I gestured them to take seats as questions of 'what happened?' became a nuisance in my ears.

'it is a long one' I said.
