Chapter 1Chapter 1 [Winter Concert: The Start of a Legendary Idol's Journey]

Just imagine... What if your parents suddenly asks you to be a foreign exchange student in japan but the truth is they were planning for you to be a idol at the talent agency that your family runs in japan?

How whould you react- or should I ask what would you do?

Will you agree to it?

Or would you say no?

Well, that's the circumstance of the protagonist of this story...

Her family runs a talent agency in japan that has the second rank when it comes to how popular it is among the other talent agencies inside of japan, her relatives are all prodigies when it comes to music.

Some work in the overseas composing songs for popular singers and movies...

Whilst the others perform as singers or as a member of bands in england or abroad.

Kiara Alcott the being the latest member of her family gets asked to go to japan as a transfer student without the knowledge that her parents had plans for her to work as an idol at her family's agency and inherit it when she graduates from high school and take over as it's CEO.

At an airport near London...

A girl with long pink hair styled into pigtails and dark grey eyes is currently standing in line through the security checks at the airport before she could get on her flight to Tokyo, Japan where her parents arranged a transfer for her to study at a international school.

'Why do my parents always decide things without asking me...?

They don't even let me decide if I wanted to do it or not!'

She sighed holding the hand of her decently-sized wheeled luggage along with a annoyed expression on her face as she waited in line

"Flight ------ bound to Tokyo is now boarding."

A woman's voice was heard from the airport's intercom calling her name that instantly caught her attention as she was almost at the front of the line...

'I need to hurry'

She quickly grabbed her luggage a d started walking toward the boarding gates with blank expression....

A few months later...

Her school life was something that she had thought to be boring and the idol training that she had been go through was the only thing that she found interesting out of all the things that she could do in japan.

"The day of the winter concert is finally here... My hands won't stop shaking..."

She murmured to herself whilst looking at her palms feeling a bit of stage fright.

"Calm down... I need to calm down damn it!"

*knock* *knock*

She heard knocking from the door of the dressing room where she was currently in as she was trying to calm herself down right after just finishing on putting on her costume right before the said door creaked open...

"Miss Alcott, three more minutes until you need to head to the stage."

A woman wearing a black shirt with the word "STAFF" printed on the back of it as well as the agency's logo printed on the front side peaked her head into the room wearing a headset with a mic on it.

"Ok, I'll be right there."

Kiara get up putting on the boots of her costume completing her changing-of-clothes and started to head out of the room.

'I can't stop shaking...'

The lights that were pointed at the stage were turned off as she made her way there still with shaky hands.

"I heard this next one is a prodigy that passed the debut concert..."

A man in said after the lights switched off.

'Oh great... More rumours...'

"Good Work, Miss Kiara"

A woman in her mid to late twenties said as she spotted Kiara coming down of the stage and hands her a towel to wipe her sweat with.

"T-Thank you."

'I heard some of the staff here in the backstage area that this girl is a prodigy but... Hearing how good her voice is for the first time really gave me the chills.'

Kiara's manager who had just handed a towel to her named Kotori thought just hearing her voice from backstage for the very first time ever since Kiara was assigned to her.

"Is something wrong?"

Kiara inquired looking a bit concerned to Kotori suddenly not saying anything.

"No, It's nothing. You have a photoshoot to go to tommorow so I'll drive you home."

She stated turning on the tablet that she was holding as she waited for her to the come back down the stage.

'Ok then... Moving on...' Kiara gave Shigure a nod before slowly walking towards the dressing room.

'What was that about...? That's the first time that i saw her suddenly being quite...'

Kiara finished with changing back into her school uniform which she was wearing when she got to the venue and headed back to where her manager Shigure had been waiting for her to finish.

"I'm finally home..."

Kiara murmured as she collapsed on to her bed without changing her clothes first from the exhaustion from performing.

'My feet hurt... I hate this feeling so much... this is such a pain...'

Someone knocked on her door as she was just about to fall asleep on her bed making her sumple over to the door to answer the person that had just knocked.

"Yes?"

"Miss Kiara, Dinner is ready."

A young-looking maid with brown hair tied in a ponytail informed Kiara as she bowed when she saw Kiara opening the door.

"I'll be right there, I'm just gonna go change."

The maid bowed once more before heading back downstairs since she has now finished informing her that dinner was now ready.

'I can't believe that I almost crashed from exhaustion...'

Kiara thought to herself as she put on some casual clothes before she started to head downstairs for dinner.

Her parents asked about the things that any other parent would like stuff about school and other things that could make any teenager feel awkward or embarassed the moment the get asked about those said things.

I don't think any girl would just ruin my date for no good reason – highschooler or not. That's unless you're actually a fan," was what her flirt of a future husband once said in this second life of hers. Though a jerk, this hot stuff has his uses other than being attractive. She needed him to get back on those who wronged her no matter how indifferent he was to her before. This time around, she will take her turn to piss people off while smiling all sweetly. With that in mind, she leaned closer to him and smiled as sweetly as she just imagined, making him drop his smug smirk and raise his brows in surprise. "I'm not your fan – I'm your future wife, you douchebag." --- Winter used to live with her adoptive older brother until her biological uncle and adoptive sister found her. She was a long-lost heiress whose deceased parents turned out to be an affluent and wealthy couple. While people would think that she was very fortunate, all this really did to her was take her freedom away. A whole new identity had been forced on her ever since. Meek and docile yet soft-hearted and hardworking – that she became. Trapped in expectations, Winter worked herself to death in order to be deserving of her position as the successor. Pressured by her family, she had to follow everything they said. Deprived of the freedom to decide, she was forced to marry someone who was older than her by seven years – and worse, a flirt of all things. Winter worked very hard but only to lose everything after her adoptive sister took the spotlight away. Everyone claimed her to be incapable of being the next head of their family business, thus making the adopted daughter the successor instead. Her uncle only used her in the end. This was what they were aiming for all along – to manipulate her and steal her inheritances before throwing her out entirely. Never did Winter expect that the first and last person who would at least pay attention to her at her worst was her husband, Marcellus. Flirtatious and playful yet detached and secretive – that he was. Devilishly handsome, head of a business empire, known for many notable attainments, and chased by beauties – Marcellus is a man of perfection. Not once did he treat Winter like a wife, though. She was nothing to him, and so was he to her. But before she met her eventual demise, he was the only person who tried to help her. Yet it was much too late. The next time they met again would be seven years back in time – where they would be a scheming duo of a bossy high school girl and a submissive conglomerate president. --- [Warning: Mature Content] (Cover Photo Not Mine: Credits to the original artist) - Follow me on Instagram (acieetin) - DM me on Discord (Aciee#1841)
