The story of Udayana and his son, Naravahanadatta, in which the role of King is passed on through three generations. The Kathasaritsagara, also known as the Ocean of the Streams of Stories is a 11th-century Sanskrit text composed of Indian fairy tales and legends. Similarly to other stories, legends and epics, a Saiva [a follower of the Hindu tradition favoring the god Siva] named Somadeva retells the Kathasaritsagara. The Kathasaritsagara as written by Somadeva, consists of 18 books written in Sanskrit. The climax of the story occurs when Ishana gets terrorized by some people she doesn't know who they are, but she is sure that the terror she experiences has something to do with her revenge action so far. Then. when Ishana finds one of the suspects who she knows has a very big connection and influence with the case of her parent's death, she tries to make the man really fall in love with her and destroy him slowly. This time, she would make him feel what it was like to lose a loved one, just as Ishana had felt when she lost her parents. Initially, Ishana had no idea she would fall in love with the person she thought was her biggest enemy. Ishana began to have a dilemma, she was confused about whether she should choose love or continue her action to destroy that person. Fortunately, someone who Ishana trusted and who helped her all this time in carrying out her actions managed to make Ishana convinced that her choice to choose love was the best choice. After successfully lowering her ego, Ishana is finally able to avenge herself and find justice for her parents. The girl also found a true love who will always accompany her.
