The first one

After contemplating for an entire week, I've decided that it's time

"Wow I didn't think I'd really ever have the guts to take my own life"

To my mother who is probably watching me right now with tears streaming down her face, this is probably heart wrenching

But…my mom had left this earth long ago….she was probably with her lover and enjoying herself in his arms

[cries]

"I'm sorry mom [silent weeping] looks like I'll be joining you soon"the 16 year old girl makes a final statement after hesitating for all her life she finally does it, she commits suicide

She slices her neck

With blood gushing out like a waterfall, drenched in her blood, she soon passes away. Leaving her ill grandmother two rooms next door all by herself

2:59am

3:00am

...….

*whoosh*

The lifeless corpse stands up

It looks around confused before being attracted to a certain smell

It looks down to find a pool of red

A pool of a very delicious red that allures it

It comes to an understanding of its hunger and licks the mattress

The first lick was gentle but with hunger kicking stronger, the more aggressive it gets with it's food

After a while it seems to retain awareness

It stands up and surprisingly opens the door

As it remembers something it heads to its east where a closed door is

It opens the door and makes out a figure on the same thing it licked before

The thing has intelligence as it doesn't directly pounce on the human but instead quietly makes it way to the human

After looking at it for a while it doesn't leave

It opens it mouth as large as it can before burrowing it's head down at her neck

[opens eyes]

"Ah-"

The scream by the Grandmother is cut off short as the intelligent being places it's hand over Her mouth

Muffle screams string out as it continues to devours the chest of the human

It soon reaches the heart and takes it out

The muffles screams die out

Shockingly it reaches for the neck of the grandmother before forcefully pulling the head from the body

After it has its feast it heads to the restroom

There it looks at it's reflection

It touches it's face

It bores the same look as it did before it died

Only the blood on its face and body is different

It touches the wound on it's neck

It looks at itself in the mirror

"N…no more"

"Alex is gone" it recites with a hoarse voice

"Now I am Edel"

It points at it's reflection "you are Edel"

It rinses away the blood and gunk on its face and enters the shower

When done it changes into a new pair of clothes that it's THEN FATHER bought for the HER BEFORE

after it's done

It heads out the apartment

It slightly leaves the door open

It heads out into the apartment hallway

There it just stays still

After a bit it moves in a direction

"Apt 2J" it murmurs

"1 female and 2 young males"

It knocks on the door

It keeps knocking until the woman finally opens the door

"You gotta shit or something?! Knock once ok?! I fucking hear ya" the woman aggressively asks

The being stays quiet

The woman looks at the being all confused

"Hey! If you here just playing with me just know that I fucking have connections, I'll put you in jail!"

"This woman is irritating me"

"Pardon!?"

"I said you're irritating me"

As I finish I open my mouth wide and as she seems frozen in shock or fear or whatever

I bite down at her neck and coincidentally I see a young boy of around 8 years old drop his console

"MOMM!"

The woman screams in pain as the the older brother of dashes out of his room and tries hitting me

I back away before his fists reach my face and head back into my apartment

I lock the door and don't hear any pounding

They must've stayed behind to help the

mother

I stay standing near the door and after a while

I hear pounding

"GET TF OUT HERE FAT FUCK"

"YOU'RE GONNA SPEND THE REST OF YOUR DAYS IN JAIL"

as the older one says that and continuously slams the door with what I know is his body I head back into my room

I change outta the clothes and put on a hoodie,some sweats and socks and sandals

Since this room isn't soundproof I could still here that young lad raging

I go through all of this old woman's belongings and snatch all of the money I could find, including the gums and coupon card too.

After doing all that I finally arrive at the door where the pounding has settled down

————narrator pov———-

Edel does what it she did earlier and upon doing it she reveals a slight smile

Edel's pov————

'Hiding at the side of the door with a knife huh? Talk about brave'

I open the door and and dodge the incoming attack

As the young fellow slashes at me continuously I just take pity in the desperation

[reaches out]

Edel takes hold of the teen's arm and rips it from his body with great force

As the lady's scream already alerted the neighbors as I could sense a most of them hiding behind a door and a few looking through the peephole of their apt as desperately as they can.

(A/N: it's because the peephole has limited sight to see out of)

I don't bothering with muffling the screams of this one

I walk back into their apt and the kid looks at me with anger and fear I bend down beside him

"Your mother will be resurrected…"

His face is masked with confusion

"Your mother will come back from the dead"

His eyes widen

*chuckles*

"Come" I reach my hand out to the kid

He quickly takes my hand

'Are all human kids this courages? [shakes head] must be ignorance or stupidity'

We head out the apt and once he sees his brother missing an arm and engulfed in his arm he lets go of my hand and dashed to his brother

"What did you do?! *wails"

I just let the kid cry

After a while the weeping stops

"Can you-can you make him come back? *sniffs*"

"..yes I can"

I walk towards him and bite the teen

"Wha-WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! STOP!" The kid tries pushing me off his brother's body

"I'm done"

I head towards the stairs but I turn back to give him a piece of advice

"The world will turn to shit in a few days..it would've been better for you if your family had stayed dead."

"What do you mean?" Not hiding his confusion,the boy asks

"I didn't lie…your family will come back from the dead." I stay quiet for a little

"But they won't be humans anymore, they'll be undead…Zombies

The boy's eyes widen

"They won't care who you are, they will just care about having their fill..little guy survive"

After I'm done I leave the apt with all my belongings

'When they wake up they'll bite the kid to death…Hopefully THEY will be entertained
