Tenno Moments

I awake in my quarters to the sound of a message in my inbox. I rub my eyes in an attempt to wake up.

"Good morning Operator, I hope you slept well." Ordis appears in front of me.

"I did, thank you Ordis." I sit up and open my inbox.

The message is from Juno. He is a fellow tenno, we have been working together for a long time. To be honest, I also have had a crush on him too, but work comes before anything.

I open the message and he's asking if I could help him build his reputation with Eudico.

I smile and message him back. You know I will always help you, what do you need?

He replies quickly. Just more of those bonds, primarily the medical ones. Where do I get those?

I laugh. Meet me at Fortuna and I'll help you. I get out of my bed and stretch. I'm still sore from the beating I took from Shadow Stalker. He only gets mad when I kill someone I'm not supposed to. "Hey Ordis, we are going to Fortuna."

"Of course. We will be there shortly."

I feel my ship move slightly as we head out.

I go to my arsenal and look through all of my Warframes. My main pick is Garuda Prime, I've been through a lot with her. I use my void power and enter the metallic exoskeleton. I move around a bit to get fully adjusted and then grab my weapons. I always have my Nataruk bow with me, ironically it was given to me by Shadow Stalker and his…friend so to speak. I grab my swords and a random pistol, then I'm ready to go.

My Kavat runs up to me demanding attention.

"Okay Pascal, but we are leaving soon. I hope you brought your appetite." I pet him as much as I can until we arrive on Venus.

"We have almost arrived Operator," Ordis announces.

I go up the front of the ship by navigation and watch as we enter the atmosphere. Venus is extremely cold, and most of the people who live here are machines. Although now that I think about it, they are half machine. Some of them still have flesh.

"Here we are, don't hesitate to call when you need a pick-up."

I exit the ship and he heads back into orbit.

Pascal and I enter the giant metal doors and go down to Fortuna. I stand and wait for Juno to arrive. Eudico and I have a small talk while we wait.

"I hope you weren't waiting long, Princess." Juno walks up to us.

My heart skips a beat when I hear his voice.

Eudico nudges me with her elbow. "I hope you're ready to work." She pulls me close and whispers in my ear. "Sounds like he's a keeper."

I have no words to try and fight it, so I just let it go for now. "What have you got for us today?"

"I have a list as always." She hands it to us and shoos us away.

"Let's go then." We both head back to the elevator.

We get to the surface and I activate my Archwing.

"Race you!" And with that, I fly off.

"Hey!" He follows me.

We fly through the frigid air as Eudico guides us on where to go.

I arrive first and slam onto the ground hard. "I win, again."

"You need to stop that." He lands beside me and readies his weapon.

"Well, that was simple enough," I say as I reload my pistol.

"Looks like you had fun." He looks me up and down.

I look and I am covered in blood from the Corpus soldiers. "Sorry, her talons tend to do that when I use them."

Pascal stands beside me with blood on his chin. "Good boy."

"Before we go back, can we get some Servofish? A friend of mine needs some."

I nod. "Sure, I need them too."

"Follow me, I know a great spot."

He takes me to a pond not far from Fortuna, but the terrain is rather steep.

I grab my dye to see the fish better and we wait. While I wait I grab my fishing spear.

We fish and talk for a while.

"You know, this is cute. It's like we are on a date." He stands close to me staring into the water.

"You think so? I've never been on one."

"What? No other tenno has taken you out? That's hard to believe."

"I don't do anything besides work. Besides, no one but Lotus even knows what I look like."

"Why?"

"The scars. I got them during the old war, but I don't remember getting them."

"Are they bad?"

I shrug. "Don't know, I hate mirrors."

"I see." He gently holds my hand and pulls me into a hug.

I can feel my face heat up from his touch. I want to get closer to him, but I can't bear the judgment.

"Hey, let's go back. I have all I need for now."

I nod. "Okay." I squeak.

I get to the elevator and wait for him to catch up.

"Coming in hot!" He crashes into me and pins me against the elevator door.

"Ow." The elevator opens and we fall to the floor.

He lifts himself onto his hands and knees. "Are you alright?"

I stare into the face of his Warframe, unable to speak. He's on top of me. The only thought that goes through my mind, over and over again. I try to push them out, but they get worse.

I feel my face turn red.

Suddenly the elevator door opens and Eudico is standing there with her fellow workers.
