Tale of Blood and Rose

A girl was sitting silently in a dark room at night. She was sitting near the window, the light of the moon was falling on her face. Droplets of tears were continuously streaming down of her eyes.

" Taavet ....come fast ", a voice of a girl flowed from school campus. "Coming Naomi", replied the boy named Taavet. The girl and the boy were Taavet and Naomi. They were best friends.

But for Taavet , they love each other a lot but as friends. And according to Naomi she loves Taavet more than friends.

" Come on man....otherwise we will be late." Naomi said in a loud voice. "Coming, Naomi." Soon Taavet joins Naomi and both ran towards the school. But her feet slipped and she lost her balance.

"Aaah!!", screamed Naomi and fell on her face on the ground. Luckily, she didn't fall on the ground, but she falls on a handsome guy, who was of her age.

Their face was an inch apart from each other. They both were gazing each other as if it was destined. 

At that time Naomi's brain went blank, her heart was pumping very fast at the time. She found herself helpless at at time, without knowing what to do at the exact time.

His eyes were dark, with a sharp nose and a perfect jawline which gives him the perfect masculine look.

"Naomi...Joseph ", some fellow students shouted their names from behind.

A girl came forward and pushed Naomi away and helped the guy standing, but he pushed her away saying rudely " I am not a small child."

" Joe....are you okay?" She asked. But he ignored her and walked towards the school leaving her behind him... "Hey why aren't you talking to me...we are friends ", the girl said running after him.

He stopped on the spot by hearing friends. " Friends... I even don't know you. I am seeing your face for the first time," said Joseph with a chuckle while coming towards her. "But I know, that you came to our school for completing your studies and you are a black belt in martial art." The girl said

in one breath.

"Where did you get so much information about me ", asked Joe in his cold tone.

" Naomi...you know she roams like a bee in front of handsome and smart guys.... that's why she pushed you ? ", said Taavet to Naomi showing his concern for her. " I know...and I remembered when you joined the school she was roaming in front of you...and that day when you complained about her ..... she found her right place ." Both friends were talking to each other.

"Let's go to our classroom....otherwise we are gonna be late ", said Taavet to Naomi. " Hmm ", she hummed and both went inside the classroom.

Inside the classroom, both chose their seat in the first row next to each other. Within few moments the class teacher entered the classroom and took the attendance of all the students.

"Joseph...please come inside the class", said the teacher. " Is he going to study with us ", said Naomi while leaning a little towards Taavet. " Yeah...It seems so." Taavet replied.

"Dear students meet the new boy...It is Joseph and he is going to study with you guys. He came here to complete his studies and he is a black belt in taekwondo." said the teacher with pride and keeping a smile on her face as she knew there was no one who held a black belt in any martial arts.

"Joseph go and take your seat."Said the teacher again. " Thanks, mam", thanked Joseph and chose a seat to sit which was beside Naomi.

"Wow....he is sitting in front of us." "He is so handsome." "He looks so cool and smart....no no he looks intelligent." "I want to be his girlfriend. "

Everyone was hearing these talks from the backside. Boys and girls were engaged in conversation regarding his presence and actions.

"Enough....stop talking nonsense....and open your books", shouted the teacher. The teacher started teaching but the whispering of the students was audible to the teacher but she chose to ignore the useless talk.

The class went on and she was just giving the introduction to the new chapter. Soon the period ended.

" Hello, Joseph...I am Rosy...Will you be my friend ", asked the girl named Rosy while forwarding her hand. But Joseph jerked her hand and went out of the class. " What an attitude...Woah! I like it ", said another girl, Alisa.

" Why they are after him...what kind of specialty does he have ?", questioned Naomi with an irritating tone. "Maybe because he is handsome, smart, black belt holder, intelligent, and many more", replied Taavet. " He is handsome...I don't think so", laughed Naomi saying it.

"He is rude, not handsome. Did not you see how he jerked her hands ", asked Naomi raising her eyebrows.

" Niya...Niya....where are you ? ", a female voice came from downstairs. " Sis...sis ", said a guy deliberately shaking his sister's body. In the next second, she came to the real world.

" What happened David?", asked Niya. "Were you in a different world...aunt Is calling you continuously and you were not answering ", stated David.

"Niya!!". Again her mother called her. " Going, Mom....I was in the bathroom so I couldn't hear you, " lied Niya while going out of the room. " Dear....did you two finish your studies?", mother asked. "Yes Mom we are almost finished", she said.

"Will you two be able to take care of Serena." asked her mom. "Of course Mom", replied Niya. "Are you going somewhere aunt? ", asked David who was standing behind Niya.

" Yeah....with your un...", before she could say anything. "Oh With uncle ...going for a dinner date ", throws David's question to his aunt while keeping a mischievous smile on his face. " Great...by the way, my dad is still young...that's why he is taking mom on a dinner date ", again said Niya.

" Stop talking nonsense my idiots...we are just attending a party ", said the mother while holding the ears of both David and Niya using her both hands.

" Are you ready darling ", asked Niya's father to her mom. "Yes ", she replied. " Guys, we are going. Take care.", said the father, and both went out of the home and walked towards the car and Niya shut the door from inside.

"Both are spending time with each other ...leaving us alone at home ", said David making his face. ", Yeah dear... let's go inside Serena's room ", said Niya. " Sis, I am telling you she must be watching cartoons on the phone. " " Same thought...even I was thinking so. " Both cousins were talking about Serena.

They both went towards her room but silently. They were planning to open the door without any sound and caught her red-handed. They tried to open the door soundless but their plan failed. They found that she was sleeping peacefully. "She is pretending sis ", he mouthed. " I know."

"Sis, she is sleeping...let's go. " Said David to trick Serena.

"Yeah... let's go ", said Niya and turned off the light, and locked the door. After a while, she removed the blanket over her and took out the phone, that she had hidden under her pillow. And again she started watching cartoons. She was laughing and giggling silently because according to her, Niya and David left the room. But who knows they at still present in the room.

" This is the right time to catch the thief ", thought Niya in her mind and gestured to David to snatch the phone. And in the next moment, David snatched the phone from her hands. " Little devil...do you think we are fools ", asked David. " Bro - sis...didn't you two go ?", she asked. "No ...sweetheart we were waiting to catch the thief red-handed." Stated Niya.

"Now, Sleep silently ", said Niya in an angry tone.

Niya Pattinson, a kind-hearted, nature lover 18 years old is a beautiful teenage girl, who has just finished her 12th with A+ grades. She was a very nice student from a young age, but she faced some of her problems, which affected her 9th and 10th grades, but subsequently everything, was resolved.

But the sad reality of her life is that her own father doesn't love her. Her mother is the one who loves her daughter a lot, but she has to pretend in front of her husband that she doesn't like her daughter just like him. But Niya, always praises her dad, just to win his love and heart, but all the time she fails.

She got two precious gems in her life. One is David, her cousin, and Serena, her sister. She is very happy to have them in her life. Yes, they both meant a lot to her.
