" Gwen! Gwen!!! Wake up"
Making Gwen lie on his lap, Mr. Ren tapped his son's cheeks, who fell unconcious, right after spotting the light with bare eyes.
Sevanna by then, was seen running towards them, soaking up her favourite frock in rain, the purple one with small white flowers scattered around.
It literally rained like cats and dogs, where Mr. Ren got fully drenched up, water dropping down from his hair that literally covered his face, his white shirt showing off his skin.
Bothered by the water that piled up inside his folded legs, Mr. Ren lifted Gwen's head, who's head literally got drenched up in a minute.
The lightning continously flickered and the flattened humming of the thunder bursted at every direction.
" Gwen! Why isn't he waking up", sevanna fell on her knees and cried to her husband, pulling her lovely son to her lap.
They both sat helpless in a such a drastic situation, where no one was seen to a very long distance, even the local guards.
" Gracie! Call the reception and tell them its an emergency!", Mr. Ren shouted to his daughter, who stood at the entrance, shocked by the sight of Gwen.
The gleeful cry of the mom travelled along the stormy wind, where the caring father did all he could to make his son come back alive.
Ending up in vain after much effort, Mr. Ren had no other moves left, but to carry him all the way to the Aid and med center.
While they felt apprehensive about their son's life, Sevanna felt kind of strange about the weather.
" What's with the waves?", Sevanna exclaimed in fear, whose hands automatically reached her husbands pants, who stood next to her, while she sat on the ground holding Gwen on her lap.
She felt perplexed to see the aggressive waves get silenced all of a sudden.
" Ren, I don't feel good about this! Carry him, let's hurry!"
Getting bad insights about the weather, Sevanna warned her husband, fixating her eyes towards the sea.
Not long after she said that, they both felt a sudden vibration on the ground, which increased its intensity every one second.
Ren hurried and lifted his son up, when something unexpected, something so horrible happened infront of their eyes.
The shadow of a giant wave covered both their faces, shaking the whole of Halvalla through its strength.
A tidal wave much taller than the coconut trees came towards the Resort in a blindsliding speed.
" Re...ren...", Sevanna stuttered and reached her husbands hands, while Mr. Ren bent down and hugged his wife and son as tight as possible.
While they were holding onto eachother, they felt Gwen moving, breathing heavily, getting caught admist both his parents.
It was such a happy moment to Sevanna, where she pulled him over and hugged in delight.
But before Gwen could get a grasp of himself, it was a pain in his rear, as soon as his eyes met the tidal wave approaching him.
Only after Gwen woke up, Ren and Sevanna gained an intention to take an effort to esape from the disaster.
Meanwhile, Gracie who had recieved an emergency call from the state security of halvalla, was seen crying on top of her voice, signalling her parents to reach up the Resorts top floor, so as to escape from the wave.
Holding Gwen's arms on both their shoulders, they both ran fast as much as they could, in the mud.
It was the most horrible feeling Gwen might have felt in his entire life, utmost insecurity, on losing his family inspite of staying near.
But before they could reach the souvenir store, the gigantic waved covered the three, gulping the whole of the residential in its one big move.
All those happy moments in life flashed infront of Gwen's eyes, where tears piled up until his throat.
No words of farewell nor a loving hug he could give his parents, who slipped away from him as soon as the wave touched them.
That's it!
Nothing flashed infront of Gwen's eyes.
Inspite of opening his eyes, all he saw was darkness due to the sea getting mixed with the wastewater.
He cried in pain getting hit by the log and broken materials near.
While at first he suffered to breathe under water, it seemed totally strange after few minutes.
He could breathe but felt something dragging him over in a very strong force.
Soon after, he sensed things near, a feather, then his hands touched a branch then at last, he felt intense pain around his head, when he fell on the ground.
" Oh, my poor lad!"
A loud cry of an woman echoed in his ears, literally making jim
Opening and closing his eyes as slow as a turtle, Gwen got a blurry view of a sweet oak tree, straight to his eyes.
The leaves of the sweet oak tree fell on his face, gently tickling his nose and cheeks.
Inspite of lying down under the cool shade, Gwen's head spinned heavily, making him feel nauseous.
" Are you okay? How come you climbed that big old tree?"
Voice of an old lady asked him again, which made Gwen turn his head to the right, where the voice came from.
As if the voice, he saw an old lady in traditional attire, a white top with a bow on her chest, followed by a pink long skirt.
Damping a mud pot with white cloth, she was seen sitting under a tree.
The place where he lied down looked totally different from the place he was brought up.
Bunch of trees and structured traditional houses called Hanok's everywhere.
The old women dipped a bronze cup into the pot and fetched a white drink from within.
" Here! Drink this! You'll come to your right mind soon after sipping this", saying she pulled the cup into Gwen's hand.
Gwen was puzzled and felt completely dizzy, which made him accept the drink from her.
He gulped it in one go, a savory drink which tasted like water but much of sourness in it.
The drink directly fell on his stomach, making him refreshed.
" uh", " where am I?",

" Huh!!! What is this? What am I seeing? Had I gone crazy!!!", Gwen crawled back in terror, getting agasted to see words pop up in front of his eyes.
He fixated his eyes up in the air and was shocked to death, to see those words flying in air as if magic.
" Who is it? Dad! It's a prank right? Is this the projector you got for me?", without letting his guards down, Gwen shouted looking to and fro with his red eyes.
With the quaint grandma looking at him at one end, Gwen seemed perplexed at the sight of bright words floating in thin air.
