When 'He' gained sentience there was 'nothing'.

'He' instinctively knew he was 'born' from the 'nothingness'.

'He' spent unknown amount of time just exploring the 'nothingness' with curiosity.

One day when 'He' was very bored after fully exploring the 'nothingness' 'He' had a very bright idea.

Why doesn't 'He' create something to alleviate his boredom?

So 'He' made a place, a universe.

To keep the universe running safely 'He' made some supervisors.

'He' named them Afterlife Inc. and Life Inc.

Afterlife Inc. had four departments.

Heaven Department,

Hell Department,

Purgatory Department,

And Reincarnation Department.

While the Life Inc. had three departments-

Life Department

Death Department

Fate Department

After some unknown amount of time some creatures started appearing.

Naturally 'He' knew this.

'He' had all the 3 O's after all.

Even though 'He' keeps Omniscience & Omnipresence deactivated most of the time.

'He' observed them secretly. 'He' saw them stumble, fall, rise and die.

'He' was fascinated by them.

'He' saw them pray to him. Which 'He' would sometimes grant their wish.

Though 'He' wondered how they came to know of 'Him'.

Unknown to 'Him' due to keeping is Omniscience deactivated. Some of 'His' fanatic followers in Afterlife Inc. & Life Inc. spread the news about 'His' existence.

Then the creatures started referring to themselves as humans.

'He' watched as they created utopias and fight wars.

'He' watched Empires and Kingdoms rise and fall.

'He' knew all about both the dark nature and good nature of humans.

'He' gave them Free Will after all.

After a long time, the wars stopped and the humans started developing.

But by now 'He' was starting to get bored again.

But then the humans created their greatest creation.

Anime, Manga, Movies, Comics

Reading them 'His' boredom was alleviated.

Then another idea came to 'Him'.

Why not make these worlds real?

So after a long time 'He' finally finished creating all the new universes and multiverses.

But for 'Him' 'Time' meant nothing. As 'He' even created 'Time'.

Anyways.

Naturally 'He' could not supervise such a big place on 'His' own so 'He' made more beings to take care to the new universes for 'Him'.

'He' named them-

One Above All,

The Presence,

Alaya,

Gaea,

Zeno,

Yahweh,

Phoenix,

Death,

Fate,

And Kaguya.

'He' then focused back to observing all the universes using 'His' Omnipresence.

In some universes, there were Superheroes.

In some there were Ninjas.

'He' spent a long time entertaining himself by watching.

But things again started to get boring.

Then one of 'His' lovely children, Phoenix recommended 'Him' to read a new genre the humans invented.

Isekai, Reincarnation, Transmigration

'He' was excited after reading these.

'He' thought he should also start reincarnating people with powers.

So for this special task 'He' made his youngest child.

But only the good people or neutral people.

Because 'He' hates evil and villainous people.
