John's POV:
Gradually, we move towards the stack of boxes.
…
I removed the boxes bit by bit.
…
And finally, I found the source of the disturbance.
…
It is Kyro!!
Who is Kyro, you might ask?
Well, Kyro is a dog whom I met while we were still setting up the organisation. Out of all his litter, he was the only one who was still alive after being thrown out the window of a high rise building (not to worry, the perpetrators have been dealt with). What I did was make a SSS for the dog and feed it to him. What happened next surprised even me, as suddenly after healing up, he just happened to flicker away, which meant that it had awakened some spatial abilities, which was a good deal for it, but where did he go?!? We just left it at that itself, as it would be safe wherever it'd go due to his enhancements.
And somehow he turned up here, giving out an excited bark and wagging his tail. Kyro ran up to me as soon as he saw me; he didn't look similar to what he did back then but was just a month older than he should be. Thank God, not Chucky Boy, that he didn't awaken temporal abilities as well. I just picked him up, took out a carrier harness, and put him inside it. I am not taking any chances of this one running off somewhere and us having to find him again.
Sams Pov
A dog's bark that's all I could hear once John lifted the last of the stacked boxes, and before I knew it, he had a harness worn over his body and was carrying a dog.
Dean POV
What? That's all I could think of while looking at my friend carrying a dog in a harness in a haunted asylum of all places. Not being able to help it, I quipped, "I didn't know abandoned haunted asylums were also one of the places where we could leave our dogs to roam around."
To which John replied, chuckling, "Yeah, it is quite good; there are no people to stop the walking and no constant sounds of 'awwww's... By the way, meet my friend Kyra here, the greatest escape artist if there ever was, been searching for it for around 2 months."
Damn, if it was able to hide from John for two months, it must be some escape artist.
Now onto the mission: retiring the psychiatrist who should have retired long ago and left this plane of existence.
We then went on casually throwing the cleansers first and then moving ahead, such that the last 10 percent of the asylum was pending now.
Suddenly I turn back to John to ask something but notice him missing. "Hey Sam, where did John go?"
To which Sam just replied, "He told me he'll be back in sometime; just complete the cleansing for the pending portion; there was something he needed to do."
Aaagh, this guy! Why didn't he tell me that he was going somewhere?!?
Anyway, now the spirits here will face my wrath for him!
John POV,
While Dean was busy cleaning the remaining sections, I, with the help of my canine friend, went towards the place where the body of the doctor was hidden.
Reaching there, I felt a bit of resistance, but nothing that a cleanser couldn't solve.
And finally, we were done with the cleanup of the place.
AN:
A bit of an anti-climatic chapter, but the ghost here was a really smaller fry of all the entities I could see.
Well, let me know how you feel about this chapter in the comments and reviews.
