With a breath, I assumed the stance, with Flare doing the exact same in front of me as she spoke. This was honestly surreal. To think that I'll be fighting myself. My persona, in a sense.
"'I am a shadow,' you must be thinking," the phoenix smirked. "This isn't a game, Master. Stop with the references."
I let out a small chuckle, "I didn't even manage to think about that yet. Aren't you the one that's getting lost in my memories?"
