DEATH AND REBIRTH

Winds howl along with the passing breeze. A man and a Female lying in a pool of blood looking at each other both of them had crazed looks in their eyes, suddenly the female started laughing like a lunatic and pointed her trembling hands to the man she loved and trusted more than anyone in the clan.

"How do you feel now, you who I loved more than anyone y-you betrayal did even blink to sacrifice me, you thought you are only ruthless I used our unborn child's soul for all of us to die here haha haha"

The man looked at the crazed woman and the amulet of undeath for which he worked hard as a trace of regret flashed past his eyes he mumbled

'if I had known earlier then I would have made more preparations'

was his last thought before his consciousness darkened.

Northern Part of the Lorenzo Empire, Valtas city, Capital of the Alestaer Dukedom.

Blue Flags with the symbol of the roaring bear are fluttering as cool breeze passes by. Anyone within the empire who sees the flag would recognize it as the Overlord of north , they would tremble in fear be it the friend or foe . The Alestaer family is an old but powerful noble family anyone in the empire knows that this family has power that rivals the imperial family of the empire.

Today in the huge estate of the family a commotion is happening as a new life is about to be born in the Alestaer family. In the corridor a young man with blue eyes , red hair having a sharp jawline wearing luxurious clothes was pacing back and forth with an anxious expression with an worried look on his face and beside him were one Middle-age male and female. They too were looking at the door but as opposite to the young man expression they were looking jubilant and were discussing with smiles

"Ho , Look my grandson is about to be born , and he will be an extraordinary boy , now i can brag about my grandson in the imperial capital"

The middle-aged woman looked at him in annoyance and said,

"Humph how can you be sure it will be a boy not a girl , I want a granddaughter whom i can spoil as much as i want , who wants a stinky boy"

The middle-age man argued back,

" You will see it will be a grandson"

As he said that a cry could be heard from inside the room. The young man dashed forward and arrived infront the door , as soon as he arrived outside the door a nurse came out of the and congratulated them with a smile.

"Its a baby boy "

Then the young man with haste went inside and a woman holding a baby with a slight pale face but there is a beautiful smile on her face as she looked at baby who was looking around curiously. The young man look at her and smile

"Alice its been hard on you "

Alice looked at her husband and said lovingly "Roy ,what are you talking about this child of ours will soar to the sky and become a great expert"

Roy laughed at and said "of course he will"

At these time Lucius(middle age man) and Kiana(middle age women) came over and with a cough said the Lucius,

"Cough, looks like my grandson is a curious one eh"

Kiana said look at her grandson and said, "He is not crying tho"

Lucius said, "Indeed weird, but this could be the sign of intelligence moreover a future mage needs a curiosity to become an outstanding mage"

Kiana nodded

Then Roy said "Father its time for him to have a name"

All them looked at each other and said to Alice to give her child a name as such she thought for a time and finally said,

"Evan, Evan Alestaer"

All of them simultaneously nodded thinking it was good name.

Roy looked her and said,

"okay , take rest for now we will leave "

as such all of them left the room.

while Alice looked at her son with motherly love in her eyes.

(POV=ALEX/EVAN)

'WTF' Alex couldn't believe what he was experiencing now.

'Reincarnation is it' he thought.

'She is my mother, and that man would me my father and those should me grandparents and from the look of things i am born in a very powerful clan as i can sense mana' he thought.

'Wait a moment, how the hell am i able to sense mana just after the birth' he was shocked as he thought about this. At this time he felt some thing was wrong as he was able to absorb mana from from both fire and undeath element around him . Then Something tugged in his mind as he moved to his inner consciousness what he saw shocked him.

'The amulet of undeath has linked on to my soul hence there by increases my affinity with undeath mage to its peak if I can use this device for my advantage then i can become master of undead plus with this body's innate gift in the art of fire i can use fire magic and show every one i am a fire mage while i will increase my proficiency in undead arts in secret ' ,he thought and the more he thought more excited he became.

Suddenly, He started feeling sleepy only then he remember that he was in a body of a baby.

'Oh well let's enjoy the childhood while getting stronger' he thought before he entered deep sleep.

and this how a being that will stand at the apex of this world spend his first day.
