As for Atila she didn't originate from Demon kind continent but from this one, she was originally known as the Black Dragon Queen..

And has a huge history of causing havoc.

But Atila ignores alot of these rules and makes demons left and right..

She already conquered a few small kingdoms and planning to declare war on the rest of mankind races"

Sapphire: " what about Demon kind continent, why doesn't she conquer it, shouldn't be easier, her being a demon lord".

Honey: " that is too desolate and bare, she probably thinks it's easier to steal some kingdoms than to actually try and build her own"
