Two devils

As the envoys stepped one after another inside their carriage to head towards their resting place. Pei Zhang latches and stubbornly follows the couple in the same carriage.

Qingfeng and Chen Yi share the same carriage enjoying the Pei Jin's plight. Pei Jin at the moment was indeed livid for having this third wheel inserted.

Pei zhang on the entire way kept fawning on Yusheng for being so intelligent, valiant, and gracious. Pei Jin though irritated still felt good to hear him sing praises of Yusheng thus didn't drive him out in mid way.

Yusheng felt helpless and amused from his praises and twinkling eye. She knew half of the praises were for the wine she had promised to him earlier. Thus they reached to their temporary residences listening to the chatterbox.

As soon as they stepped on the ground Pei zhang shows his real face while latching on to Yusheng in a fawning manner disgusting Pei Jin "dear sister in law...that...wine...why don't give to brother now...haha...it must be quite old..ah...that dear sister in law...the night is still young why not have a cup or two.."

Yusheng knew he won't stop pestering thus orders zhu geng to bring the wine in her receiving hall. Pei zhang over the moon with skipping steps follows behind Yusheng like a tail.

Qingfeng and Chen Yi also shamelessly follows to taste the wine without invitation. After zhu geng came with the wine Pei zhang was quick to snatch it from his hands surprising the old man. Then giving a bright smile whispers "that...why don't you bring another few jars of wine...the thing is... this one was specially gifted to benwang..."

Zhu geng felt the prince was too greedy and selfish but still went to get few more jars of their other best quality wine. While on the table Pei zhang was clutching on to the jar as if it was his life. Very reluctantly he pours pitiful amount to others and full cup for himself and Yusheng.

Instantly three faces had turned dark and Qingfeng bickers "I say...little Zhang isn't it too much...being too greedy is calamity...you even have forgotten to show respect to elders..ah...now be good and pour the entire cup and place the jar in middle...sharing is caring.."

Pei zhang snorts very loudly and still hugs the jar and replies "what...I tell you...it was gifted to Me by sister in law...feel lucky that you are able to get a sip..I have ordered old geng to fetch another batch...this one...I won't share.."

Qingfeng was so angry at the smug looking and selfish Pei zhang unable to handle he looks at Pei Jin to back him. Pei Jin looks at his friend then to his brother who had the jar embraced as if dragon protecting its treasure and finally to his beloved who didn't care whether he shares or not.

Feeling headache he speaks to Qingfeng "let him be...just a jar of wine...why are you bickering like a child with a child...have some dignity that matches your age.."

Qingfeng felt injustice and angry while Pei Zhang was over the moon and was now beside Yusheng caressing the jar again and again with a smug look. All of the people sip the pitiful amount of wine and have to say the taste was indeed one of the best. They couldn't help but peek at the clutched jar several times with hope to snatch it somehow.

But Pei zhang refuses to place the jar anywhere else. Yusheng who had finished the wine comments "umm..well made.." Qingfeng who felt helpless from this aloof sister in law complains "sister in-law...how come you haven't gifted us some...why is it only him that gets an entire jar while we get just a sip...dear sister in law why not give us some"

Yusheng looks at dramatic Qingfeng then replies "stop acting dramatic...it's just a wine...Why are you competing with him...as for gifting...Why don't you go and ask to the ladies you flirt with.. our Zhang'er has no such person thus I gifted him and beside today Zhang'er performed very well...what about you.. beside sprouting root in same place and stuffing your mouth have you done anything that is rewarding.."

Pei zhang was more smug with victory all over his face while Qingfeng felt like dying. Pei Jin and Chen Yi wanted to laugh but manages to control themselves.

Yusheng then looks at Pei zhang and starts to give advise "Zhang'er...though you did good today.. but you had lots of flaw...next time do it with finesse...make sure you have lot to point them about but none for you to be pointed at...it is more fun that way..."

All the three nearly slipped the grip of their cups while Pei Zhang nods his head like a obedient disciple and even puffs his chest while patting it "don't worry sister in law..next time I will be more clever when provoking and insulting people..and anger them till they actually vomit blood.."

Qingfeng looks at Yusheng who was genuinely pleased from Pei Zhang's promise on improving his level of angering and picking on people. He looks at Pei Jin with an eyebrow raised as if saying "did your wife got changed ...or has she been always like this ???!"

Pei Jin turns blind eye to his friend and looks at the two of of them who were in their own world of discussing about how one should create trouble and anger people. He feels helpless but also finds his naughty beloved very adorable.

While Chen Yi felt goosebumps and shiver all over his body from hearing the two. More than naughty there were like incarnate of devils born to enjoy others sufferings and if there isn't would make someone suffer to have their fun.
