no, scripting completely optional it just helps withplanning out things, but for some people they are better off with just knowing about their DR in their head.

a safe word is the word/phrase that you say to come back to your CR. mine is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Hubba Hubba Bubba Bubba Gum Gum. I suggest that you script or have it in your mind that it only works if you have the intention of coming back.
