Country Q. is a beautiful place. Where the blue skies are bright and the warm sun shares its light with everyone. But within Country Q. are dangerous people who hide in the shadows, while others hide in plain sight.
A young man, Irving Quinn, takes no pleasure in what other guys his age do. Instead, he suffers from the loss of his father. What he doesn't know, is that his father's legacy wasn't all he left behind.
"You don't have to do this. You know, deep down, this isn't right. By doing this, you only destroy what the people thrive on."
"Thrive? Have you seen your city? City S isn't known for its happy people, it's known for its secrets. You should know that better than anybody!"
"You're right. We aren't happy, we can't thrive in a world where all we can do is keep our secrets ours. I know. But with doing this, this whole empire of yours? It will only ruin what is already broken."
"HA!! I have built this empire so that I can recreate the three countries within our border! The three have been suffering because we have no order! People must understand who is in charge!"
"And I suppose you think that's you?"
"Not just me. Think about it- my home is filled with beastly creatures who are tainted in the blood of their own victims. They reek of everything that is wrong with the world. I have them under my control. I am a leader, and so are you. A skilled assassin with a rational mind and talent no one else possesses. With powerful women like us, we could make our ideal world within the border!"
"What the hell is wrong with you? Look around- is this your 'ideal world'? Your inflated ego had burned down my home. You will destroy everything, everyone!"
"What part of rebuild do you not understand? I really don't think what I've been saying is all that hard to understand."
"You're insane. It's no wonder you got rejected by him."
