I stared at her face as if she had grown two more heads. She just casually let that out without even blinking like she's reading something from a newspaper.
'Did she just fvcking say mafia? Or am I hearing shit right now?'
"The mafia you say?" I repeated, wanting confirmation that I really have not heard it wrong.
There's no way that I heard it right...
"Yes. That's correct," Olivia affirmed.
I gazed at her for a second and felt a laughter was already bubbling up my throat. She was also doing the same but her expression didn't even change that much, even when I was flat out laughing at her face now.
I shook my head lightly and stifled my laughter before looking back at the stone-faced Olivia.
"Stop fvcking around, will you?" I growled through gritted teeth.
I have no time for practical jokes. Nor do I have time to fool around her. It wasn't funny.
