Pokemon: A Legendary Journey

"F*ck this"

the sound of continuous cursing was heard inside a dark college dorm room.

a young man around the age of 18 furiously shook his Nintendo switch and pressed the buttons on it.

this young man's name was Jayden, a huge pokemon fan, as well as an anime nerd.

Jayden was currently playing Pokemon scarlet and violet, specifically the scarlet version.

although he had only been playing it for 2 days or so, he had finally managed to run into his first shiny Pokemon.

it was a shiny pachirisu, it was a light pink in color and looked very bright.

pachirisu wasn't a Pokemon he desired to have on his team, he was only raging because he couldn't catch it, and this was perhaps the only shiny Pokemon he would see till a long while later.

"YES"

Jayden became excited, the stupid pachirisu which kept running up a tree everytime he approached it finally fell off the tree, allowing him to finally battle it.

"now let's hope I don't kill it"

Jayden sighed as he started at the skill set of his starter Pokemon "Quaxwell" who was level 18.

after slowly lowering the health of the shiny pachirisu, Jayden decided to finally catch it.

sending PokeBall after PokeBall, the shiny pachirisu was persistent and didn't want to be

caught.

but after a while it gave up resisting and finally ended up in his great ball.

*ding*

[caught your first shiny]

a pop up screen appeared on his Nintendo switch.

seeing this, Jayden thought it was an ad, but why would Pokemon scarlet have an ad inside the game?

"is this another game function?" Jayden smiled, afterall Pokemon scarlet had a lot of new functions which one wouldn't regularly see in old Pokemon games.

he selected the "yes" option in a split second, but what came next nearly made his heart drop out his ass.

"WHAT THE F*CK??????"

Jayden widened his eyes in shock, his whole screen had turned black, and to make matters worse his Nintendo switch started glitching out and buzzing, almost as if it was about to explode.

he subconsciously threw the Nintendo switch onto the side of his bed and turned on his lights.

boom!

it was as if the whole world shook for one moment, his Nintendo switch suddenly immitted a blinding light as it rose up a few inches off the bed.

"sh*t"

Jayden was even more scared and tried to rush out of the room as he felt a suction force coming from the Nintendo switch.

in the blink of an eye he was pulled inside of the gaming device, disappearing from the face of the earth.

the Nintendo switch's screen turned on, a long list of Pokemon games could be seen on the screen before the switch disappeared as well...
