Chapter 18
3 days have passed and Art is preparing to go through Mt. Moon to get to cerulean city, he also got another member a Magikarp that looks like a feebas, it was sold to him by a guy here in the pokemon center by a guy who thought he was smart and scam people with this Magikarp but he didn't know that he was the one that was scammed since he sold Magikarp only around 500 poke dollars.
*Flash back 2 days ago*
After Art finished updating their schedule he chilled at the center lobby as today was their resting day.
But as he was chilling he was then approached by a guy.
"Hey kid, want to buy a rare Pokémon?" The guy said.
"What Pokémon is it?" Art asked.
"It's a feebas! A rare Pokémon even in its home region, I'll even give you a discount and sell it for 500 poke dollars" The man said as he had a large smile on his face.
"Can I see it first?" Art said as he was quite interested cause if this is what he thinks it is then he'll surely have a really strong teammate and partner.
"Hehe sure" The man said as he let out the 'Feebas' as it splashed around the ground.
'Jackpot' Art thought.
"I'll buy it" Art said.
"Hahaha glad in doing business with you" The man said as he gave Art Magikarp pokeball and took the money and left immediately.
'Fool' Both Art and the scammer though.
{Pika?} Ray asked why he bought the Magikarp.
"Don't worry about it, we're going to have a really powerful ally once it evolves" Art said as he Petted Ray.
*Flashback end*
"Well then looks like we're ready" Art said to Ray as she nods.
They both entered Mt. Moon and Art has a Charge Flashlight and basically a walking talking power plant beside him.
During those 3 days Art had vigorously trained the two newest team members at the verge of passing out,he also gave them a really nice reward after that.
"hold on let me check something first" Art said as he picked his phone dex and looked at everybody's stats.

Also it looks like that female Kadabra and Alakazams don't have whiskers like the males do.
"Alright let's continue" Art said as him and Ray started moving inside Mt. Moon.
They explored Mt. Moon as they saw some interesting stones but didn't take it since they weren't really valuable or anything like that and they are really common in Mt. Moon.
They continued walking as they find Pokémon like geodudes and Zubats the latter of which is annoying because they always try to attack them but Ray just sends a bolt of lighting towards them and they go fleeing since she has the highest attacking stats right now and is fast as hell.
They had battled a few trainers that they met inside and easily won them.
Art and Ray found a nice place to rest a bit since they had been walking for quite a while now.
"Mt. Moon sure is big" Art said as he petted Ray who was eating some snacks.
{Cha~} Ray nuzzled at Arts hand petting her as she continues to eat her snack.
