Volume 3 - Chapter 25(Pets)

Sighing and ignoring Twilight's remarks, Primis kept on walking. Soon, he reached his destination and stopped. He was still on the street. But at side and near the wall, he saw a 6-7 years old kid laying on the ground while looking at the sky with almost hopeless eyes. It appeared as if that kid was asking for help, but everyone was just ignoring it and walking past it.

The kid's appearance was very dirty and was covered with a ragged cloth. That kid was the very example of the beggar. Primis moved and approached that child. Once he reached it, he offered his hand. The child that was looking in the sky saw that hand and a hope appeared in its eyes. It raised its trembling hand and grabbed Primis hand.

Once Primis pulled it to sit, it saw Primis face and fell into daze. Though, it came out of its thought when it heard Primis words.

Primis: Kid, don't expect someone to come and help you? These people don't care whether someone like you will live or die.

Kid: .........…

The kid became silent for a second before replying.

Kid: ......…..B-But, didn't you do so?

Primis: I do. However, in case I didn't then are you going to wait for help for the rest of your life?

Kid: ......

Primis: Listen this. In this kind of world, such help is extremely rare. And don't expect such help to come again.

That kid became dejected and looked down.

Primis: So, if you really wanted to change the world or want to accomplish something, then you must learn to stand up on your own feet.

Kid: ......…I…don't know.............if I can...…

Primis: I understand how you feel. Still, no matter how difficult one's goal is, it will always remain impossible assuming that you didn't even take first step.

The kid remained silent. It didn't know what to say. Then out of nowhere, a shawl appeared in Primis's hand. The kid got shocked witnessing this. Primis didn't wait for it to come out of its thought and dapped the shawl on its shoulder before tying it. It was a high collar shawl. Next, Primis put the packet consisting of two burgers in the kid's hand.

After patting its head with a faint smile, Primis stood up, turned, and walked away. Soon his back disappeared between the crowd. The Kid kept on looking at Primis back as he disappeared before lowering its head and noticing the packet in its hand. Opening it, it saw two perfectly wrapped burgers.

Unwrapping it, it saw that the burgers were still releasing some streams. Clearly indicating that it was fresh and hot. Without giving it a second thought, it took a bite.

Kid: *nom* *om* *nom* *om* *nom*

As it was eating, tears were streaming out on its dirt covered face. Still, the kid ignored it and kept on eating.

Kid: *nom* *om* It's *sob* *hic* Delicious *nom* *hic* *sob*

Amidst eating and crying, the kid also pulled the shawl tightly around it as if it was the only source of warmth in this cold world.

Primis: Done.

Sheng Ming: Yes, Husband.

Ais: Yes, My Lord.

Primis was currently standing in the outskirts of the Capital while looking at the castle. Ophis who was as always sitting on his left shoulder, neither asked who that kid was whom Primis gave burgers nor where Sheng Ming and Ais were.

Primis: Looks like you both now have an idea of the corruption present in the Capital.

Both frowned hearing this.

Ais: It's rotten to the core. Even though I only saw that building where the conduct was going on, while returning me and Sister Sheng Ming also saw many more things. If I was like before then I am sure I would have killed many of those 'trashes' by now.

Nodding his head Primis turned.

Primis: Let's go. I have confirmed what I came here for. So, we are done here.

Sheng Ming: Husband, does that mean...…

Primis: Yeah. Looks like the Higher-ups of Invaders really did contact Prime Minister Honest. Supposing that we and invaders weren't in this world, then he can be called strongest.

Sheng Ming: I see.

Ais: How strong, My Lord.

Primis glanced back at Ais before replying.

Primis: Don't worry. Even with world's suppression he is still not your match.

Ais: Ok.

Nodding her head, Ais didn't ask more.

'Primis: Twilight, how long do you need to sort those memories which Ophis brought.'

[Giving me some time. I not only need to throw the garbage ones but also need to restore the important one. It appears that those divine chains tried their best to destroy it. Though, your Empress stopped it, they still succeeded into doing some damage to them.]

'Primis: As expected. How could it be so easy?'

[The name of their leader is Everett. He has two accomplices. And they are extremely loyal to him.]

[Everett and two accomplice each have one Legendary Bird.]

[Well.........I can. However, that 1% of High-Concentrated Origin Force I used will take at least Billions of years to recover. Using more will take more time to recover.]

'Primis: Don't worry. Another pocket world that I want to you create doesn't need to have Origin Force in it. Because I am planning on merging it with the pocket universe that I will create once I will get my hands on "Cosmic Egg".'

[Give me some time. That pocket world will be ready by the time you will get your hands on your 'pets'.]

'Primis: Sure. Take your time.'

Primis: Let's go.

Sheng Ming & Ais: Yes.

The space ripped and the old familiar abyssal dark vortex appeared. They stepped into it and the portal disappeared behind them.

Instead of going somewhere else, Primis and others returned to the Home world.

Primis: Do your thing. I will be busy for some time.

Sheng Ming: Ok.

Ais: Yes, My Lord.

Answering, they both went to do their thing. Since this the Home world where there's no danger, they can completely relax their guard here. Sheng Ming walked to the "Erste Tree", jumped and sat on one of its branches before taking out the cooking book and started reading. While Ais walked to some distance and started practicing her swordsmanship in the open space like always.

Primis entered the house with Ophis. Inside house there was another room which Primis created two years ago. Originally, his house only had four rooms. One Dining room, one kitchen, one bathroom, and one bedroom. Yup, only one bedroom. Ophis, Sheng Ming, and even Ais can't sleep without hugging Primis. Anyway, there's one more room now.

CREAK!!!

Primis opened the door and entered. It may appear small room from outside but inside it was as big as a football stadium. Almost everyone's jaws will drop if they see what's inside. There was many high-tech equipment. Machines, computers, screen, and so on. Many colorful lights were blinking. Many drones were moving here and there doing their stuff.

Primis kept on walking forward. Even if it looked like he had no interest in knowing what's those machines and drones were doing but in truth because of his Elemental-Sight again, he was also checking and supervising all their work.

Finally, he reached the core. There were many giant screens which were showing everything that was currently going on. Once he stopped, some lights on the ceilings emitted light rays. These light rays soon joined and formed an illusion keyboard in front of Primis.

Primis then started tapping on it. New data appeared on the screen, and it kept on changing non-stop.

Primis: Ophis.

Ophis: Mn.

Nodding her head, Ophis left Primis shoulder and levitated in the air. Once she did so, the same illusionary keyboard appeared in front of her. Next, she also started tapping non-stop. Don't underestimate Ophis. Even though currently her mindset was that of child, she was still once Wächter of this group. Because of that not only she's strong, she's also Omniscient of this group like Primis.

Hence, she's the only one who can understand what Primis was doing and what she needed to do to help. They kept on doing what they had to do. Before long many hours passed by. Then the floor behind them opened and table came out of it.

On the table there was a person, or something that appeared to be human. However, when you will see many wires attached to it as well as some sort of computer in its head rather than brain, you will realize that it was not. Primis and Ophis only gave it a brief glance before continuing what they were doing.

The very person on the table could also been seen on the screen in front of them. The data they both had been inputting and modifying all belonged that mechanical human. Soon, many drones approached that mechanical human. They were doing what instruction Primis and Ophis had given them.

Few hours later.

Primis stopped. He then turned and approached that mechanical human. Currently, that mechanical human was being worked by almost all the drones present in the room.

Primis: Move back.

Hearing Primis voice, all drones stopped what they were doing and moved back.

Primis: Ophis.

Hearing Primis call, Ophis also stopped her work and approached Primis. Next, Primis opened Twilight's shop and brought two things. Once he was done, two dazzling lights shone in front of him. Once the light faded two shinny blue and yellow stone appeared.

Ophis: Infinity Stones.

Primis: Um. Space and Mind stones................ Now then.

Primis then moved its gaze at the mechanical human again.

Primis: First, I want you make sure that this body can handle the power of both stones.

Ophis: Ok.

A glint passed in Ophis eyes, and the mechanical body became more stronger. Strong enough to easily handle the power of the infinity stones.

Primis: Alright next step. Change the shapes of these stones. Turn Space stone to heart and Mind stone to brain.

Ophis: Mn.

The moment Ophis nodded, both stones shattered into dust. Then that dust joined together and formed a yellow brain and blue heart. Primis first grabbed the blue heart before putting it into that mechanical human heart section. That was right in the middle of its chest. Next, he grabbed the yellow brain and put it into its head(brain section).

The wires on both the sections quickly attached themselves to those new parts. The power of both the heart and brain started to travel all over the body.

Primis: Last thing. I want you to make sure that there will be perfect resonance between the heart and brain. There shouldn't be any conflict between them.

Ophis: Ok.

Saying this, another glint passed through Ophis eyes. Once she gave the nod to Primis, he and Ophis returned to what they were doing before. Drones also approached the mechanical human again and started doing their work.
