CHAPTER NINETEEN

Haru

Takato called me last night and was crying over the phone begging me to come and take him with me even though I couldn't understand everything he was saying.

I already knew something was wrong because he loved Yuki so much that he wouldn't tell me he hated him even though I knew he didn't mean it.

"What do you want to eat?" I asked Takato while driving the car but he seemed out of it.

"Does mama hate me? I told mama something bad last night." He informed me as he hung his head low in guilt making me shake my head.

"He loves you with all his heart that's why mama wants what's best for you." I responded hoping that he was satisfied with my response.

"Then why does mama not want to be a family with papa? Don't say it's adult stuff." He demanded as he glared at me like he was ready to claw me.

I sighed as I kept my eyes in the road thinking for the best explanation and just chose an honest approach.
