Cyrene Smith, a young teen that has always been an underperformer, has always been inferior to everyone around him, but deep inside his mind he has always wanted to be above everyone else, the undisputed best, but he died before he could even try. Now reincarnated into the world of Naruto with the Gamer his drive to succeed and become the best takes over. (No Harem, I had several ideas, but this was the most feasible one, no set update schedule for now, probably will have one by my final exams finish.)
