Shun was simply an unrivalled genius. If he could break through to the True King realm, how difficult would it be to kill him? If he stepped into the True emperor realm, at that time, who in the entire Celestial realms would be able to stand against him?

This made everyone shiver. Luckily, they came here to hunt him down today. If not, if they still delayed this and waited for him to grow stronger, he would truly become an invincible enemy.

Shun inclined his head, his gaze was extremely terrifying. At this last moment, although his opponent was a True King, he still wanted to battle.

"RUMBLE~"

The vines of the Ancient Evergreen Tree broke past the enemy line and extended towards Shun, destroying everything that was blocking them.

However, True king was also an extraordinary character. The laws of the wordl resonated with him as boundless law energy churned wildly, tearing the ancient vines into pieces.

He stared at Shun below and stabbed his finger outwards. A chakra beam congregated, brimming with destructive might as it shot towards Shun.

Shun howled loudly, the last bits of his blood energy rose up into the sky, transforming into a dragon and a phoenix.

The True King casually stomped down, causing the heaven and earth to shake.

Boundless law energy pressed down, crushing the dragon and phoenix The power of the stomp directly bore down on Shun.

Terrifying rumbling sounds rang out. The broken body of Shun was devastated to beyond recovery.

Shun was completely devoid of energy. He felt a sense of helplessness when he saw the True King.

Everyone understood that no matter how good Shun's talent was, it was impossible to reverse the situation any longer.

There were over ten peak powers who wanted his death. How can he be alive?

Shun also knew that he wouldn't be able to survive. He turned about, his gaze staring in the direction of Hinami and who were both still enveloped protectively by the branches of the Ancient Evergreen Tree.

A radiant smile appeared in his eyes as he stared at the two women he loved. He knew he was going to die and these two would probably want to follow after him.

Apart from Kaguya, they had no one else. Kaguya still had her family to protect and comfort her but they two didn't have.

Hinami also smiled at Shun. The her at this moment didn't cry. Her smile was as radiant as his, beautiful to the extreme.

It was like she wanted to imprint her most beautiful appearance within his mind.

Shun spread his arms open like he wanted to hug them. It also looked like he knew he was going to die and was ready to give up everything.

Countless geniuses in the Celestial realms, an empire, like a painting;

Several tens of years worth of cultivation, magnificence through the generations;

Defeating Chakra Kings, Emperors, and True-Lords, fighting against the world. He would rather let the world down instead of her!

She was his first love.

The destructive might bore down, destroying everything.

At this moment Shun said, "Since I'll die anyways, I should die with my most beautiful creation accompanying me."

After saying this, he closed his eyes and his consciousness entered his dimension and located the core of the world.

With his will, he transported it to his chakra sea and allowed it to subsume inside of it.

The core held an astonishing amount of energy and as soon as it completely subsumed, a terrifying amount of energy bore down on everyone in the area for hundreds of thousands of miles.

Both the attackers and spectators, True Lords and True Emperors stiffened as they felt this energy.

This was an aura unique to someone strong enough to be called a king of Gods.

"Have they left the City of Ancient Emperors?" A True Emperor asked.

"No... It's from that brat." Another answered.

"How is that possible? This.. is im..possible." Another one stuttered out.

Meanwhile in a location deep inside the City of Ancient Emperors, three women could be seen sitting cross-legged Infront of an enormous statue deep in meditation.

Suddenly the aura around one of them fluctuated which caused the other two to awaken from their meditation.

"Is something wrong Miyuki? This is unlike you." One of the ladies asked.

"It's begun..." The lady known as Miyuki answered in a dazed state.

"What's begun? Are you alright." Another asked.

"The vision. The prelude to the vision has begun. Unfortunately we didn't forsee this outcome. As I thought, no amount of preparation is ever enough to divert a vision." Miyuki said and smiled wryly.

"I can only hope to have a place to call home when we get back. At best we rebuild the planet. Sigh... What a pity." She finished and closed her eyes again.

Shun felt pain like never before. The pain from opening the eight gate all those years ago felt like a pinch in company.

He felt his bones, muscles, tendons, organs and skin being broken down minutely and repaired.

It felt like ants crawling inside his body with no way to stop them. The pain was simply unbearable.

In a bid to stop feeling pain, he shut down his pain receptors although that amounted to nothing as the pain persisted.

Slowly, his ability to think left him and in the next moment he felt himself floating in a strange space.

He felt like he was dead but very alive. Like he was everywhere yet nowhere.

It was a strange feeling different from when he first met God.

Gradually his senses came back to him and he realised what was going on and what he had to do.

Shun's's body exploded. At this moment, not even a broken body could be seen. Everything had completely shattered.

Staring at the vanished silhouette, the battles here all simultaneously ceased.

This was so sudden, even the battles between the various True Emperors had stopped.

In this war, there were those who died, Emperors, True-Lords and True-emperors who got injured, and those who fled.

This violent war strangely stopped after Shun's death but the pressure was still there.

The experts here all slowly retreated to two sides, staring at the place where his figure vanished.

Has he died?

As they were in stupor, they suddenly had a voice from above.

"So this is why I always had a bad feeling. I no longer have a physical body and my current energy would dissipate soon. Oh well, I was already meant to die. Now I can take many more of them with me."

Shun could feel the energy in his body being dispersed as time went on.

For what reason that was, he had no idea. Whether it was death that was waiting for him at the end of this all, he had no idea.

But now, he had only one thing to do.

"This is the first time I've fought like this so please bear with me. Fuin: Chains of Heaven."

And as though his words were law. Numerous chain formed from seal characters erupted from his back and flew toward the void around him.

In a matter of seconds, Everyone in the area of his seal, felt their lack of access to their domains.

"Space Release: Mirror Dimesion."

As the words left his mouth, everyone who was considered an ally as well as those who didn't bear any I'll feeling toward him disappeared and appeared in a parallel world where they could still see everything clearly but couldn't affect it.

Shun then looked at Kaguya, Hinami, Ria and Fenrir who were in the mirror dimension and brought out a miniature city.

With a wave of his hand, they all appeared inside.

He then said. "Till we meet again." An flung them into a space crack.

"Now the, for the finale, Fire Release: Ten Thousand Burning World."

The energy dissipation increased many folds as he gave that order and from the void, numerous gigantic fireballs appeared with temperature so hot that space twisted around them.

Boom. Boom. Boom.

The fireballs landed and caused a devastating sight to behold.

"Air Release:... Breeze?" Shun said with uncertainty. After all, this wasnt a technique. He was just saying words.

But as he said that, a gust of soft wind appeared and blew the smokes away.

"Oh ya? There's survivors? Oh well. I doubt y'all can take this last technique of mine."

"Heavenly Sage Breathing Technique: Final Form: Void Reality."

This was a technique Shun had created as an AOE attack back in the Shinobi world but unfortunately, he couldn't use it without sacrificing his hands.

If not for his regeneration factor, he would've been one handed by now. After that, be shelved this technique.

As for the effect of the technique?

All surviving True Kings and Emperors only felt a slight displacement while those spectatinh, saw space crack for thousands of miles and wherever it cracked nothing remained complete.

As space repaired, all surviving True-Kings and Emperors didn't even realize they were dead until their bodies hit the ground.

Shun nodded at this sight before looking into space and Muttering "Mirror Dimesion: Release."

Everyone who was teleported away, reappeared at thei original locations, the lucky ones landed safely while some unlucky ones landed in pits of lava or scorching flame.

Looking at the Evergreen asked Shun laughed and said. "Sorry for the damage. A man's gotta do as he promised."

Shun seemed to have just noticed the eerie silence and stopped laughing and said. "Well, no need to fear, I'll be dead in a few minutes now and will be out of your hair."

"Oh, and Kaguya is safe. Umm... What else? Sigh... I can't even remember something anymore. Oh... Tell the Myraid Mountain Godkings that I'm sorry. Things happen in life and I can't be their God Sovereign."

"Oh right. My clones. They've lived for hundreds of years now and taking their lives away would seem somewhat unfair. Sigh. Alright then."

Saying this he closed his eyes and stretched his hands before ten threads appeared in his hands linked to him.

"Hmm. Ten clones huh? Oh well, whatever amount of chakra you have now would be your peak forever I guess. Now they're their own lives."

As Shun finished saying all these, his body gradually began to dissipate. "Looks like times up. Katsu-chan, if you ever meet any of my wives, tell them I had a good life."

Saying this, his figure finally dissipated completely.

The silence remained frona good while as no one could process what just happened.

A dying Shun, suddenly exploded, appeared above them, sealed the world, sent them all to a parallel space, despite their strengths, summoned flames hot enough to burn space and finally swung his sword and directly rearranged space for thousands of miles.

And all this happened in the span of a few seconds.

What superb control of Space laws and sealing laws. If he was left alive, who would be able to match up to him?

Unfortunately, he died too. He did say it was a thing of honour to bring a few True King down with him, but what's with the True Emperors too.

No... Everyone was directly killed off before he die completely.

What magnificence was this.

That magnificent figure who reigned supreme in the King dimension of the City of Ancient Emperors, killing experts of the various major powers effortlessly...had he died just like this?

"The actions today will definitely create repercussions in the future, resulting in a fruit of karma." As the sound of their voices faded, some spectating monks vanished with a bright flash of light.

Only echoes of the buddhist chants remained. However, none of them could understand it, they naturally didn't bother to make an effort to understand it as well.

The people here were all major characters. Since the deed is done, they have already weighed all the consequences. No matter what may come, they would just accept it stoically.

"Brother, have a good journey. Farewell." Katsushiki murmured. He was just an Chakra king, he couldn't change anything.

In a Dark Void.

An unconscious figure could be seen floating around aimlessly in this place that had neither time nor space, a beginning or an end.

It was unknown how long he had been floating when a beautiful yet handsome figure appeared and gazed at the floating figure.

The figure smiled after observing him for a while and then waved his hands and brought him with him as he disappeared.

"What an interesting specimen." He thought aloud.

It was unknow how long had passed the floating figure that was Shun gradually opened his eyes and then looked around in confusion.

Wasn't I supposed to be dead?

How come I'm in someone's room?

Looking at his translucent hands he was shocked before reality hit him

Oh right. I'm dead. This should be my soul but why is it of this colour?

Currently, his soul's had a golden hue to it.

While he was wondering what was going on, a vouce interrupted him.

"It's been a while boy... Quite an adventure you had eh?"

Turning to look at the somewhat familiar voice, he was shocked and opened his mouth.

"Y-you..."
