At the library,

Just like usual, Naoki during his free time sat in the library, today reading a book about human nerves, veins and arteries.

This knowledge not only will help him in becoming an excellent doctor, but will also be helpful in combat like cutting which nerve or vein can incapacitate an enemy quickly.

"Hey, do you wanna become a medical shinobi?"

Though unlike usual, in front of Naoki on another chair sat Tsunade, asking the question after seeing him reading another such book today.

It has been a few days since the day Tsunade attacked him in the library, and during this time Naoki has already cleared the misunderstanding.

Just after spending some time with Naoki, Tsunade kinda understood what kind of person he was and knew she had misjudged him.

The real culprit was Jiraiya after all, already had given him a good beating.

Though this incident had somewhat developed the interest of Tsunade in Naoki, the way he had dodged her attack that day leaving quite an impression on her.

This person who hardly socialized with others, had low presence and ordinary grades till now, wasn't so ordinary to her.

Unlike all the noisy kids in the class, he always stayed calm and collected and minded his own business, so different from anyone she ever met of her age.

Bored and nothing to do during the break, Tsunade started coming to library to see what he was doing.

Naoki didn't mind her presence as long as she stayed quiet and didn't bother him, always focusing on the book.

Watching him the last few days, Tsunade always found him reading books related to medical department, asking him about his goal with some eagerness in her tone.

Her dream is also to be the best medical shinobi ever, these books that Naoki is reading now, she has already read them, soon about to delve into advanced stuff.

Finding someone who apparently had the same goal as her, for the 6 year old Tsunade was quite exciting.

"If nothing big happens in the future, then it is most likely the case"

Answered Naoki casually while raising his head to look at Tsunade, closing the book on the table, having just finished it.

He wasn't lying, the plans he had for the future required him to be pretty experienced in medical field, working as a medical shinobi could give him a lot of experience.

While his chakra amount and ninjutsu talent was average, his chakra control was absolute top tier.

To be a good medical shinobi, good chakra control was the most important factor, Naoki tailored made for this.

"Hehe, then we'll most likely be colleagues at the hospital in the future"

"Though I'll be fairly high ranked then you, but don't worry I'll take care of you"

Said Tsunade laughing, patting her chest to assure him as well, not arrogance, just blind confidence in her tone.

Even though she was just six, reading books had made her aware that she was different, being a senju her chakra amount was way more than an ordinary person.

No amount of hardwork could catch up to her, her innate qualities made her destined to be the best in this field.

So to her at best, Naoki could become a slightly better medical shinobi in the future, though not even close to her level.

"Is that so? Then thanks for taking care of me in the future"

Said Naoki in response, shrugging his shoulders at the same time, not refuting her words.

Arguing with a six year old will only make himself think that he is a fool, so no need to waste words, time will clear everything.

Having finished another book, Naoki didn't pick another one and called it a day, leaving Tsunade alone in the library, who in a daze still imagining Naoki working under her as an assistant in the future.

Next day it was a break from the academy and Naoki gave himself a rare rest from his training.

Donned in a red hoodie and black shorts, Naoki stood quietly near the door, hands in the pockets of the hoodie.

Thup!!

Just after a few moments, there was a sound of footsteps and a figure appeared, long black hair and a beautiful face, dressed in a green kimono with flowers patterned on them, Maki Kawano.

"Sorry took some time preparing, let's go!"

"Um!"

Seeing Naoki already at the door, Maki apologized and went forward to open the dooe, motioning the former to follow, who nodded and did so.

Just yesterday, his sister had formally graduated from the academy, today was her squad's gathering at a restaurant, Maki taking Naoki with her, wanting to introduce him to them.

Naoki who had taken a break today decided to go as he had nothing else to do.
