My Professor Is My Alpha Mate

" Romeo Salvatore?" Karenina questions in a confused tone. She for a moment thought that her mother was talking about Romeo from Shakespeare's plays. 

Her mother raised her left eyebrow, understanding her daughter's wild thoughts. She dramatically clears her throat to gain back Karenina's focus on what she was saying. 

" Father Romeo Salvatore, Head priest of Selene Grandeur temple,is your father's friend and most importantly he's professor in Moon Maidens Elvatore university. You will be..." 

Her mother couldn't even complete her sentence when in between Karenina interrupts, " What do you mean by he's priest? Don't tell me you are planning to send me to a religious university." 

Her mother, Virginia Agriche forces a displeased smile on her lips and nods her head in yes. After seeing her mother's indirect reply to her question, Karenina couldn't contain herself. She almost jumped off her seat and growled at Virginia furiously.

" Mother,you can't be serious about this nonsense. I have already planned to get admission in an American University and you are talking about English boarding universities ? And that of a religious one which only has priestesses,priests, and nuns as staff teachers!" 

" I'm very serious about this, Karenina. Seeing your recent behaviour in the blood moon ritual," Virginia paused as she casted disappointed glance at Karenina. " So, your father and I have decided to get you into a religious university. That way you'll develop a calm and respectful persona." 

Karenina's expressions changed, she pressed forward and exclaimed in shock, "Father too!" 

" Yes. Now pack your things, I'll send the maids to help you with your luggage. The flight is tomorrow morning."

" You must be kidding me! You must have planned out everything on your own, mom."

Virginia turns back and looks at her spoiled daughter shouting and growling at her before she finally leaves Karenina's room. 

Karenina's sadness was clearly visible on her angry face. She has been an over privileged daughter of Alpha Dante. Her father treats her like a princess and fulfils her with small to huge demands which has caused Karenina to develop an arrogant personality. As her mother Virginia was worried that her only daughter would become stray from her responsibilities in future. Karenina was heir of Ace Moon pack which was currently reigned by Alpha Dante Agriche and Luna Virginia Agriche. 

But they have spoiled Karenina to the point where she keeps embarrassing Virginia in front of other elders of the pack. Which is why Alpha Dante has to take this hard decision and contact his old best friend Romeo for guidance. 

" Gosh! I can't believe my fate. That cunning old priest Romeo or whatever just wants me to become nun in his temple," Karenina growls as she scratches her sharp claws on the wooden frame of the window. 

Suddenly someone enters her room and in a very cold voice says, "Did you just curse my friend?" 

Karenina immediately suppresses her wolf and looks back. " F-Father...?" 

" I wasn't expecting to hear such harsh words for my best friend. I'm greatly disappointed in you , Karenina." 

Her father, Alpha Dante remarks frowning down on her. She could see her father's calm green eyes turning into gleaming red shade as if his wolf was going to take over and punish her for being such an ungrateful daughter. Karenina's face turned dull, biting on lips in guilt she fell down on her knees. 

" Father, I-I'm sorry but I don't want to stay far away from home." 

" It's decided. You are going tomorrow morning and I don't want to hear another no from your mouth. Do you get it?" Alpha Dante's voice thundered in her ears. 

She quickly nodded her head in agreement without arguing further. This was the first ever time Karenina witnessed her father's wrath. In her last 18 years of life, not once her father has raised his voice in front of her. 

Karenina sat there on the sofa after her father left. Devastated, sad and heartbroken because in her eyes her parents were being arrogant. Getting rid of her to make her cousin Alex the heir of the pack. 

Tears overwhelm Karenina's beautiful emerald green eyes. And just when she was about to cry out in pain, two omega maids enter her room and start packing her luggages. 

' Damn! I can't even express my sadness now,' she murmurs under her breath. 

That night Karenina refused to join for the family dinner and stayed in her bedroom, sleeping in her bed. Her luggages was already packed with her uniform and some textbooks. 

In the morning...

" Young Miss, please open the door. We have to assist you with your bathing and dressing." 

" We have only one hour left, otherwise Luna will punish us." 

The maids requested from outside and Karenina opens the door, surprising the maids. The maids crossed checked their eyes with each other before greeting Karenina. 

"Bring my luggage downstairs. I'm leaving first," saying that Karenina left, her blonde hair dazzled behind as she took every firm step in her high heels. 

She came down, her eyes searching for her parents and her pack's friends. She had hoped that at least her pack friends would come to see her off but they seem to be avoiding her too like others. Unexpectedly a small regretful smile lifts the corners of Karenina's red lips as her green eyes sparkle crimson hue. 

'' I, Karenina Agriche– I will definitely return back and conquer the Ace Moon pack with my strength– make everyone kneel down in respect for those who refused to acknowledge me as their true future Alpha." 

Karenina's roar sounded more like she was claiming dominance over the Ace Moon pack. Her remorse knew no boundaries as she roared at top of her lungs in her wolf's voice before leaving the Agriche mansion. A chauffeur-driven Roll Royce pulls over and Karenina leaves without even looking back. 

Her words were not unheard. Those who heard her frightening growl had their wolves whimpering in terror. As for Dante and Virginia, their faces were calm as they saw Karenina leaving as planned. It's as if they want to be bad guys in their daughter's eyes for her bright future. 

Most beautiful and ruthless Alpha heir of American werewolf territory was now being sent to remote and deserted English boarding University. This news spread like forest fire in whole American werewolf territories, causing countless rumours like– Karenina is eliminated from the heirship of Ace Moon pack. Some extremes even wrote in news headlines that Karenina is abandoned and banished from the pack. 

" Fuck these media. They write whatever they believe to be true. Darn, if only I should have controlled myself in the blood moon ritual night then I wouldn't have been banished to far land," Karenina sighed, tossing her phone back in her purse.

After a 9:30 hour long flight, Karenina is picked up by university's chauffeurs at the London airport. Her luggages were carried by them and she followed them behind. Finally she arrives out of the airport and is greeted by a tall , muscular man dressed in black pants and shirt. His sleeves were folded up to his elbows showing off his strong veiny hands. Karenina was struck by how tall he was, with such broad shoulders. Powerful arms. 

His blue eyes were the calmest ones she has ever seen. And his shoulder length black hair was perfectly going well with his attractive chiselled face. Karenina for a moment thought that the main character from the Ice Dragon game appeared in front of her. Karenina almost forgot that she had been staring at him for the last five minutes without saying anything. Awkward girl! 

" Excuse me, if you don't mind can we get going?" That blue–eyed man asked and oh my gosh. 

'Why does he have such a sexy and hot voice and why oh why is his British accent giving me this weird tingling feeling?' Karenina was finding herself in a difficult situation as this was her first time getting attracted to a man. Not making it more obvious, she replies, "Sure, let's get going. I don't want to keep standing in the airport forever." 

" You got quite a temper," that blue–eyed man commented with a little displeased voice and opened the door for Karenina to get inside the car. 

Karenina cared less for his tone or word selection as she thought this handsome man was just some staff from the university. After she gets seated, the handsome man gets inside and sits beside Karenina, and the car accelerates to its destination. Suddenly Karenina's wolf starts releasing pheromones. Surprised by this Karenina mind links with her wolf and questions.

' Why are you releasing pheromones? I'm not ready for mating and above all I haven't found out who's my fated mate!' 

' MATE... He's here Karenina.' 

Karenina's eyes widen in realisation, she awkwardly turns her face to the man sitting beside her. 

' Shut up, I'm only 19. How can a stranger like him be my mate? And above all he looks between 30-35– he must be already mated lmao!' 

Her wolf curls up and whimpers in despair. Karenina starts massaging her forehead in frustration while suppressing her wild urges. Her heat was taking over, her blood pressure increased causing her breathing to quicken. 

The man who was sitting next to Karenina covered his nose with his handkerchief and groaned, " Who is releasing such strong pheromones in here?" 

Karenina pressed her lips tight and prayed that she could vanish from the car miraculously to escape this embarrassing moment. 

But that very moment she felt coldness pressing inside her, she ultimately knew that man was boring his chilling stares at her. He must have smelled her strong pheromones. 

" Can you face me , Karenina Agriche?" 

Upon hearing his voice, her face turns at him in lightning speed. She was more like getting under the control of heat. He then brings his left hand forward and while shaking hands, he introduces himself, "I'm Father Romeo Salvatore, the High priest of Selene Grandeur temple." 

Karenina's jaw hit the ground in shock.
