Tyler creates trouble for Cassie

Cassie reached their room in the dormitory only to find it with complete darkness.

"Elina! Elina! Where are you?" Cassie shouted while trying to find the light switch.

When the brightness hit her eyes, Cassie closed her eyes for a minute but once she opened she jumped up in horror.

The room was in a total mess. There were different types of funny looking clothes, makeup kits, and a few others, who knows what? were spread across the whole room. She walked towards the bathroom and shouted,

"Elina, you better be inside! Or else I do not know what I would do to you when I find you!"

Cassie pushed open the door only to find it empty. She rushed outside and when she reached the gates, she enquired with the security guard.

"Hey, did you see a funny-looking girl or a guy go out of the campus?" Cassie asked.

"Are you asking about this one?" The security guard took out his phone and asked while showing a selfie he took with Elina who was in disguise as a male rock singer.

She was dressed in complete black and her face was painted white. She did have some hideous paintings on her face using a black color which made her look exactly like a devil. And who knows from where she got that guitar from?

"Yes, she is the one! Did she by chance tell you where she was going" Cassie asked while trying to control her temper?

"Oh! He is a man! Definitely a man! I think you are looking at the wrong person" Security guard became alerted and hid his phone away from her eyes.

"Yes! Yes! He! Look at me, after studying for the exams for almost the whole week, my brain got damaged a little. And I said she instead of him'' Cassie hit her head with her hand and smiled smugly at the security guard.

But the security guard's eyes still showed some uncertainty when he looked at her face.

"Oh! Come on! Renato isn't it? Your name! Look, Renato, He was my senior. We both were in a relationship until he cheated and left me for someone else. I heard from my roommate that he was asking around for me, but see, I had some work outside. So, it looks like he waited for a long time and left before I could come back. '' Cassie started to make up a story and tried to act as natural as possible.

"I do not know where he went but he said that he is going to meet his boyfriend. I did not know how he had the heart to cheat on such a beautiful young lady. But what can we do, if he likes his own kind, all we can do is respect his decision and give our blessing" Renato said with his voice filled with sadness.

Cassie tried to open the gates, so Renato shouted "Where do you think you are going? It is already too late and even if you leave now you can definitely not catch him. Also, do not cause me any trouble here. The gate is closed and will only be opened tomorrow at six AM. Please go back to your dormitory. If you want, I can introduce you to a young chap who is very good. He has got a good job outside. I think he works as an assistant for some big person. His name is …."

"Sorry, uncle! I already have a boyfriend" Cassie tried to move away while searching for a way to escape.

"Boyfriend!! That is me" Tyler shouted and jumped in from the nearby wall.

When Cassie and Renato saw this they got shocked at first to see a person jump down from a twenty feet wall. Renato whistled and alerted the other security guards to catch the intruder.

Tyler reacted fastly and grabbed Cassie's arm and started to run in the opposite direction. Cassie who still could not grasp the situation completely was stunned.

She just moved along with him for a few minutes and then realized what was going on. She tried to pull her hands away but the more she tried to pull, the tighter he held her hand.

"Leave my hand at once! I am warning you! Let go of my hand" Cassie put her whole strength to get rid of his hold.

The security guards chased behind them at full speed but Tyler was much faster.

Cassie was struggling and was gasping for air very badly. She shouted while trying to catch her breath.

"I cannot! I cannot! I will die if we run anymore!" She just put the whole weight on his body.

Tyler stopped and lifted her up in the air. The sudden gravity change made her feel insecure, so she held onto him tightly. Tyler then ran around one corner and disappeared from the security's eyes.

When they reached the place where they disappeared, they could not find anyone around. They searched the area for some time and then decided to complain to the Dean.

Cassie, before she could even realize what was going on, was forced to climb on a tree. He threw her onto his back like he was holding something lightweight. He then took the rope which was hanging onto his shoulder and tied them together.

He climbed on the tree with ease in a few seconds and settled on one of the strongest branches. Cassie wanted to shout to alert the security guards below them but Tyler removed the rope and turned towards her.

"If you shout, I will push you down right now! Do you understand?" Tyler warned Cassie while whispering in her ears.

Cassie just nodded her head in fear of being pushed down. She held onto him even more tightly. Once she saw that the security guards went away, she tried to move away from him by holding the side branches.

"You! Let go of me!" Cassie demanded when she couldn't move far away from that troublesome man as he was holding her tightly.

Tyler gave a slight push to scare her. Cassie screamed and climbed onto him like a baby monkey holding a mother monkey. When she looked down and saw the ground, she felt goosebumps rise all over her body.

"Who are you? Why are you creating trouble for me? Help me get down" Cassie asked.

"No" Tyler replied with a single word as he wanted to stay with her for some more time.

"What? 'No'? Are you crazy? Do you want us both to spend the night here hanging onto these branches?" Cassie almost lost her sense and wanted to jump down to escape from this crazy man.

"Look down," Tyler said.

When Cassie looked down but couldn't see anything, so Tyler poked her and pointed in a particular direction. She saw a security guard standing a little away from that tree.

"So what? I did not do anything wrong! I will get down and tell them what happened. You stay here and enjoy this cold weather while I get the guards to catch you" Cassie said with confidence.

"Oh! Really? What would you say to them? My ex-boyfriend came to meet me, I missed that chance but I am currently hanging on a tree with my current boyfriend? Tyler asked sarcastically.

"I do not have a boyfriend," Cassie said.

"Good! Then hire me as your boyfriend" Tyler said with confidence.

Cassie pinched him and tried to move away from him, "Are you crazy? What is wrong with you? First, you put me in so much danger and you even have the nerve to ask me to take you as my boyfriend?"

"Yes, why not?" Tyler asked cooly.

"You are mad! I do not want to talk to you anymore. I am going to go down and alert the security guards." Cassie said.

"Are you sure about that? Then do you want the only person who holds the information of your parent's death to be caught by these guards and lose your only chance to know about the details?" Tyler said in a warning tone.

"You! Hand me over all the details right now" Cassie ordered and tried to hold his collar while almost forgetting that she was hanging on a tree.

Tyler held her tightly and said in a grumpy voice, "No! Anyways you said you are going to whine about me to the guards. So why don't you give it a try?"

Cassie just stared at him and asked impatiently, "So what do you want?"

"You have nothing to offer me! You are completely useless" Tyler said.

Cassie just glared at him, if she is completely useless why does he have to take such a risky step to meet her? She knows something is definitely wrong with this guy and she needs to be cautious around him.

All of a sudden she remembered where she met him. Haaa!! He is related to that Sherley from that psychiatric hospital. How did she forget that she just met him today!

"Then why are you behind me?" Cassie asked rudely.

"Do you know who sent you the details about the daughter of your parent's murderer?" Tyler asked.

"Is it you?" Cassie asked.

Tyler just sniggered and looked around to check the perimeter.

"It is time for me to go! Let us meet once again in the future." saying that he tied the rope to one of the branches and brought her down along with him.

Before she could even digest the shocking truth, he disappeared into the thin air. She cursed at herself for missing the opportunity to ask about her parent's accident.

"Are you ok? Where is he?" Renato ran towards her and asked.

"I do not know, he escaped," Cassie replied.

"We checked your room and found out no one was there. Please do not tell me, it was one of your roommates and not your ex-boyfriend who I let out that time" Renato looked horrified.

"She is my roommate, Elina..." Cassie said casually.

"I am done for this time! I am going to be fired!" Renato almost cried.

Looking at the big man who was almost crying, Cassie did not feel any pity. Her thoughts were revolving around Tyler and she could predict how dangerous he could be! He did not look like a normal guy by the way he behaved.

She was not sure how much she could trust him. She felt like she was being dragged into more mess than she already was in! Should she just stop everything and live her life peacefully?

Even though she had decided to take revenge on everyone who hurt her family, right now she felt tired. She wanted to stop everything and just move on with her life.
