After a while of driving along the deviated route, the MCV came far away from the burning place, even the huge smoke cloud seemed like a cloud of cigarette smoke from their distance almost unrecognizable.

In order to avoid unwanted circumstances, Arther decided to let the drone keep flying ahead of the MCV as reconnaissance. 

With the battery life of the drone, it was not at all difficult to keep flying for a few hours. 

Once they were far away from the fire the tense atmosphere in the MCV was also relieved a lot.

It may be because everyone was not yet ready to face the cruelty of humanity in these end times as explained by Arther to them, or they were enjoying this tranquil life in the MCV. Hence this incident didn't cause much changes inside the MCV.

Everyone returned to what they were doing previously. 

Arther was also a little tired, hence he went to his room for some relaxation and rest.
