Are all humans equal and have a proper justice?

This days there's a fight for equality and justice that has not affected a little bit. As a

wise man once said heaven is not create difference between peoples it's a reward.

The society is starting like there are no disable people in the world but by saying that will it change

Obviously no.

So why? just why? we are doing such things but any way humans change over time.

Truth be told at the end of the day equality is just a fantasy and most of goes through life denying the fact that we live in a maritocricy
