Pathway To Perfection
Gael has never been an outstanding person, in the grand scheme of things. He had the talent to do a lot of things, but this world was dominated by martial arts. And he, unfortunately, cannot train that well in them due to the low amount of Vital Energy that he has.
His sister went into a martial arts sect, his parents, while not martial artists themselves, knew how to fight with swords and magic, and were stellar at it.
And then there's him, working at a mine, similar to a slave, to get the money he needs.
However, on one fateful night, Gael went out for a walk to ease off the stress of work, when he came in contact with a bunch of master martial artists, who knocked him out in a single strike and imprisoned him in a cell.
Time flew by, and without an ounce of light, or human contact, Gael trained. His mind slowly deteriorated, but his focus did not. His skin turned ashen, but his fists turned sharp. And with every jab he threw, Gael got closer and closer to perfection.
