There was always a reason behind the names of the cities in <<REBIRTH >>. Twilight City was named as such because it was always experiencing the twilight of the sun. Sky Dragon City was named as such because it was situated near Dragon Island. Whereas Harbor City, as its name suggests, was literally a city located in a harbor. To be exact, it was an island in the ocean.
Harbor City wasn't a small island and neither was it a big island. It was situated by the side of the continent and had great scenery.
Even though Harbor City was merely an island, in the background story of <Rebirth >, this island possessed an extremely crucial importance. That was because this island was located along a very important shipping route within the Brave Continent.
