 "Look at that, private. Isn't that soul just unique? Everything about it speaks priceless" Watching from a pitch black screen, HE said to his accomplice

 "What do you want me to do, master?" he lowered his head

 "The usual. Find the owner of that soul. Go now and bring that soul to me before another does. Remember, don't take it by force. I don't want Lucifer trying to talk me into being his one and only. He's extremely persistent and convincing. Don't disappoint me, private. Now go"

 "Yes sir" he took a bow and left

"Fuck this! Fuck you!" Martinez was crying and shouting and his entire face was a red guey mess

 "Babe, I'm sorry, I can explain. It's not what you're thinking" Ace tried to hold him but Mart slipped right off

 "Don't! I don't want to hear a single word from you. I knew it. I knew you were cheating on me... and with a girl...what a disgrace!" He stormed off, leaving Ace and Cas, his girlfriend in the lobby.

 The entire hotel was focused on them. Ace wasn't unhappy, but he was panicking. His only source of income had just walked right out that door.

 "What am I gonna do now? SHIT!!!" Ace grabbed his head tight

 "Babe, let's go back inside and figure things out" Cassy gently leaned on his shoulder.

Ace pushed her away. Due to the high heels she was wearing, she slipped and fell on her butt

 "Ahhh! Did you just push me? Do you know who I am? I'm your girlfriend for f**k's sake" Cassy screamed at him

 "Wrong! You're a woman who's now single" Ace walked away

 "Ace, you can't do this? How can you leave me because of that filthy twink? This is unfair. You don't even love him" She got up and went after him

 A huge rain cloud had formed outside and Mart was running as if his life depends on it. It didn't take Ace long to find him. Mart was still sobbing. He went into a dark alleyway to hide himself from Ace.

 Ace managed to find him behind one of the piles of trash. Cassy was right behind him.

 "Ace let him go, let's go home" Cassy tried to convince him

 "To the apartment he got me? Without his money, I can't take care of you, dummy" Ace had an outburst on Cassy.

 "You're such a di**k, you know that? You were only dating me for my money. I see why you can't leave me alone. You can't survive without me. I'm your money making tool" Mart stood up and leaned against the wall. He was too tired to shout now so, he talked gently

 "Mart, baby, I'm sorry" Ace held his arm

 Thunder began to roar and lightning filled the sky when a mysterious figure appeared to be watching them from a corner with an expressionless face, enjoying the drama that's been displayed in front of him

 "Humans are full of drama" He fixed his cufflinks

 "Ace, let go of me" Mart tried to shove him away but the guy wouldn't budge

 "You used me. You took my money, my body. You've done nothing but make me regret my very existence ever since we started dating. I feel so broken and weak and soulless. And to top it off, you cheated on me" Mart pushed him against the pile of trash

 The mysterious man's face twitch in disgust "He did what now? I'll make sure he'd never do that again" He left the dark corner and walked towards them

 "You're a pile of trash, Ace. You deserve to be amongst them" Mart fell to the ground motionless. Cassy had hit him in the head with a plank of wood. She tried to run away but the mysterious man caught her

Ace saw this and tried to get up

 "I'd rather stay there, if I were you" The man told Ace

 "Who do you think you are, Tom Cruise? Let go of my girlfriend" Ace tried to attack him but the mysterious man twisted his arm instead

 "I'm a law enforcer. And you just killed someone. Backup will be here soon. I'll make sure you both go to jail"

 "Oh come on, we can come to an agreement " Cassy proclaimed

 "Of course, we can come to an agreement, Cassandra Velasquez" He pinned her against the wall

 "How do you know my name?" She shook

 "I know a lot of things, my dear. You don't want to go to prison do you?" His eyes turned red

 "What are you?"

 "I am, Private. I can help you. Give me your soul and you won't go to jail. Of course, I won't force you. You can always choose life imprisonment over living freely. You can't escape it. There's security footage of how you killed him and other evidence too"

 "Please, Mr. Private, I don't want to spend my whole life in prison. I'll give you my soul. Take it, it's all yours"

 Police sirens could be heard in a distance.

 "Wow, so willing" He threw her to the ground. An ark suddenly appeared from his hand. He pointed it at Cassy's chest and a bright light appeared. The ark disappeared instantly. "lt really is a unique soul"

 Cassy dropped unconscious to the ground.

 "How about you, Jonathan?"

 "I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't kill him"

 "I didn't say you did. I hate cheaters. You cheated on such a good-looking young man such as him, is that fair? I just want to kill you for fun" His eyes blazed

 "I'll never sell my soul to you, filthy demon" Ace spat on him

 "Sorry, I didn't ask" his ark appeared again

 "Wait! Wait! Wait! If I give you, will you spare me?" Ace asked

 "If sparing means taking a part of your body then I guess I can do that" a mischievous grin appeared on his face

 "You'll pay for this. I promise you. I'll find you and destroy you"

 "Of course, you will. Now, shut up". He pointed the ark at Ace's chest and it sucked out his soul. "He wasn't even willing to let go of this tasteless soul. It'll end up killing you if I didn't come" He walked towards Mart

 "He really is good-looking, no doubt. Should I take him to the hospital? No! A clinic is okay, but they're so nosy, always asking questions. I'll just leave him here then. No! He's been through too much. What to do? Yes! I'll take him to Aiden" He picked up Mart's body from the ground

 "Please don't hurt me, sir" Mart sobbed

 "You saw that, didn't you? Don't worry. I'm not here for you. I don't bite. I'm not gonna hurt you"

 "Are they dead?" He looked over at them

 "Don't look at them. Even if they aren't dead, you should be happy they're unconscious. They hurt you and I'm not cool with how they did it. They'll wake up in a few hours. They won't remember a thing about what just happened or even you"

 "Okay" his voice shook

 "You're shivering. Are you cold or scared?"

 "A lot of both. You're a Demon. You can't tell me not to be scared of you. I'll get even more scared. Please put me down"

 "I'm not a Demon, human" He put him down

 "Then, what are you? An Angel?" he lost his balance

 "A lot of both. I'm a Dangel" he picked him up again

 "If I was told three hours ago that I'll end up meeting a supernatural being, I'd throw the person in a pit of fire ants"

 "As expected of humans" He put Mart in the front seat of Ace's car

 "Where are you taking me?" Mart asked

 "To check you out" he said casually

 "Excuse me!"

 "I'm taking you to my friend's clinic to check the wound in your head"

 "Why can't you just get us there with a snap of your finger?" Mart snapped his finger as a demonstration

 "It's complicated" He closed the door

 "Do you know how to drive, Mr. Private?" Mart asked as he settled himself in.

 "Darling, I drive a lot of things *WINK*" he entered the car and closed the door. He took a second to look at Mart.

 "Won't you put on your seatbelt, human?"

 "No, it makes me uncomfortable. I've never worn them"

 "Suit yourself" he started the car and zoomed off at the highest limit

 "Slow down!" Mart quickly put on his seatbelt. "You'll get us both killed if you keep going at this rate. Aren't you scared of death?"

 "Nope"

 "Well, I am" he clinged unto his arm while the man used one hand to drive

 "If I die because of you, my spirit will haunt you"

 "We can be besties in heaven if you make it there"

 "Demons are the worst"
