Memory Lane.

Hi I'm Tod, no wait? Tim, yeah I'm Tim Griffiths and I am, an introvert.

You might be wondering why I forgot my name, well it's not that I have a bad memory it's just that I barely ever use my name.

Well any ways let's go to the week this all started.

WEDNESDAY-day,1.

"Tim get out of bed!" Of course all of the best days start with your mom yelling at you to get out of bed.

"ok" I replied with a sigh."I'll get up". Then I do the same morning routine as always wash my face, brush my teeth, and finally put on my favorite black sweater.

   I make my way to school black sweater and all.

Then out of the blue, a wall I joke you not made o-of wait, is that water, no wait is that glass? Suddenly I see a shadow move in the corner of my eye. 

     I slowly turn around expecting a mugging from some jerk with a gun.

But nothing is there then I hear something no,someone behind me. And I pull out my phone hand poised over the call simble for 911.

     "Put down the phone kid!" I turn around slowly. "NOW KID!" he shouts with malice.

    "O-ok" I barely manage to Sutter.

     "I see you have found the wall of memorys now ill have to kill you" he says in a cheerful voice and smiles.

       Click. the cocking of the gun. Flash. The shot. Bang. My brain splattering. Have you ever been dead, no? Let me tell you, it isn't very pleasant.

     I wake up to see a white corporeal mist in a similarly white room.

   "What is that!" I scream as it turns into a vague human shape not male or female.

   "Hello" it says in a monotone welcoming voice.

   "Hello?"I say unsure back to it.

   "I am..." it stops. "do you believe in God?"it restarts

       Then as I am about to answer I feel a shock and return to my body. Somehow fully healed but the guy who killed me and the wall of memories? Is gone.

    So I not knowing what else to do I go to school not really paying attention but that's not that different from usual. Little did I know so much changed.

—Later—

on the steps up to school I saw a little girl about 4 years old playing ring around the rosy all by herself. as j look at her confused because, A. it is a high school, and B. she is alone.

I like the kind gentleman that I am, ignores her because who am I to judge. and as you would guess when you ignore sombody to the extent that I was then you may guess what happened next. I almost walked into her. so quickly trying to move to the side as to not knock her over, but as slow as I am there is no chance of me dodging her so instead we collide.

as we both fall on the ground she looks at me with wide eyes and says "you can touch me! Does that mean you can hear me too!"

"What of course I can hear you." I said giving her a questioning glance.

"but why can you hear me but no one else can?" she crys out holding on to my leg.

And in my head I think "should I call the kid's parent, or the children's hospital?"

I pull out my phone and as I look down at her I notice something weird , I am floating seriously floating I look at the girl and see that she's floating too.

I see sombody walking to the door and I mutter "Why is has he not noticed I'm literally floating!" just as I finish saying that he walks right on through me like I'm not there. like I'm a ghost.

"hold on, what!" I shout in confusion. "that" I say pointing at him. "should not be possible, this can't be happening".

suddenly the girl who was hanging on the my leg lets go and starts floating up. "pretty light" she says with a happy innocent smile.

Then. nothing, there is nothing. I am once again in a white room.

"hello? anybody there! hellloo?" I say convinced that it has to do with what happened earlier today.

then I hear a voice in my head.
