The world was suffering from the scarcity of resources. Government of nation all around the globe one by one started to collapse. Almost all the nation of Asia, Africa and South/North America were struggling to survive and the involvement of Supreme nations in their internal affair de-escalate the situation even worst then it would have been, every day there were riots in the street, every day thousands of people were being slaughtered in the street in the name to redeem peace and democracy. It was like a warzone, it was a warzone.
Hunger was all over, more and more people were dying due to starvation, the failure of a nation to restore peace and order was its major reason. There was no humanity left.
To restore peace and order outside their border USA build a team of extremely trained military personal name Judges. All the supreme nation of the world followed the same technique as the USA to restore law and order.
Judges were the most advance trained arm personal with a high level of skill, they were trained to be a superhuman, no any army of the world could beat the judges they were specialized in hand to hand combat with training in Brazilian jiujitsu, judo, jujutsu, sambo, aikido, Aiki-Jitsu, gun-Jitsu, car-fu, and shinobi-iri and weapons include a pistol, shotgun and assault rifles. The USA deployed most of the judges outside their country borders mainly in their neighbour country Mexico, Cuba, Haiti, Bahamas etc
But no bad day all of sudden a virus start to transfer through population. It was no ordinary virus, it was the virus that change a person into some blood thirsty zombie.
