32: Killing the Frost Giants

Austin and the frost Giant made eye contact for a split second before they continued their battle.

In a matter of seconds The frost Giant shot off the ground and appeared in Infront of Austin, sending its huge fists towards him like a barrage of falling boulders.

Austin fought back with all his power, his mana surged as he flew around and avoided the assault of the barbaric Frost giant.

swoosh!!

the huge frost Giant roared before it picked up a small frost Giant beside it and chucked it at Austin.

Austin punched out with his fist and sent the frost Giant flying, he raised his hand and dozens of lightning spears appeared behind him, they then gathered together and formed one singular lightning spear which vibrated in the void as if it contained too much power.

the huge lightning spear crackled in the air before it was released, the ground under it was charred black and blown apart as it flew toward the huge frost Giant.

Austin didn't stop there, using Stargate he appeared instantly behind the frost Giant before the approaching Lightning spear.

he sent a powerful kick toward the Frost giant, sending it toward the incoming lightning spear.

boom!!

it was a direct hit, the Frost Giant couldn't evade the attack and could only use its hands to try and block the attack.

The Frost Giant's arms were charred and fell off instantly, it now had no arms as it stumbled and nearly fell.

Austin's eyes flashed with excitement as he was about to continue his assault on the Frost giant, but he could only watch speechlessly as the huge frost Giant released a roar.

this roar caused all the surrounding frost Giant who didn't dare to join the fight to start gathering towards the battlefield like a flock of sheep.

"even better for me," Austin said with a grin and used life drain to drain the life force of most of the surrounding frost Giant, they could only fall with withered bodies as they lost all of their energy and died.

"I thought you were smarter, but you thought that would work?" Austin said with a devilish grin before he released his void dome, before the huge frost Giant could react, he appeared above its head and stood atop its shoulders, in a split second a huge lightning spear appeared in his grasp and he plunged it many meters into the frost giant's head before teleporting away.

the huge frost Giant wailed in pain as it tossed and turned while clutching onto its bloodied head, it could only resist for a few minutes before it lost too much blood and immediately died.

its lifeless body fell onto the ground of Niflheim and dyed the ground with its blood.

Austin then looked at the remaining frost giants who remained, in minutes he destroyed them and scattered their bodies all over the battlefield.

"finally done," Austin said as he released a sigh, he had long since realized that the system would create dungeon mobs depending on his location, but even so they would be based on his level and his ability.

for example, if he went to Asgard and created a dungeon, perhaps he would have to face Asgardian warriors and Valkyries who were around his level, that would be absurd considering he was already so strong.

Austin appeared next to the body of the huge Frost Giant and picked up all of the drops, amongst the usual money and healing potions, his eyes landed on an icy metallic chain that was dozens of meters in length, as well as a black book which gave off a dark icy glow.

Austin looked at the stats of the Black-Ice Chain in excitement and automatically decided to equip it, just the stat increase alone was astonishing, yet it even had an additional damage bonus.

create a domain of ice around you, as the creator of the ice Domain all your attacks gain a direct buff in strength, and everything in your domain is under your control]

"good skill" Austin smiled and didn't think too much before deciding to learn the skill immediately.

coming to Niflheim was a good idea, although the fight was harder than usual, he still managed to defeat the huge Frost Giant.

"Status" Austin checked his status after collecting all the drops from the hundreds of corpses of Frost Giants, he was able to do so using his mana as he could solidify it and use it to grab the drops.

looking at his status screen, Austin felt a sense of accomplishment, he was a lot stronger than before, not only was he strong but he could travel anywhere he wanted in this universe, Austin now felt strong enough to interfere in the upcoming events that would take place in this world, At least the events that he could handle currently with his power.

Austin destroyed the dungeon and was brought back to the calm yet gloomy skies of Niflheim, he looked around before releasing a cold breath of air and prepared to leave this place, in fear that something unexpected would happen.

But before Austin could leave, he heard a strange sound behind him, causing him to turn around immediately.

"Fuck, I forgot to sense my surroundings using mana" Austin began to sweat as he felt like he made a rookie mistake which usually didn't happen.

He looked at the huge pointed boulder in the distance which the sound came from, Austin widened his eyes in shock as he noticed a horse-like creature that seemed to be curiously looking at him, this creature had a huge scar on its right eye as it watched him with only one eye.
