4. Duel

While the four of them are walking towards the guild, they pass through a section of the time called the martial art center, "Hmm… there's a lot of people here, what's going on?" Kento Ask, "Oh, this is a martial art center, you can see a lot of buildings here that is use to teach martial art to people" Blake explain, *So it's like a dojo* Kento thought to himself, "But why is there only one building and bigger than the rest" Kento ask, "The most popular martial art is the Beastmen style since that's the only style that is good for combat because they focus on speed and blind spots" Aegis said, "Huh, maybe I'll check it out later" Kento said, "Aye, if it's you, I don't think even the beastmen style can beat you HAHAHA" Vamuc Exclaim, "I heard that you know" a beastmen resembles a cheetah said to Vamuc, "Ayy, it's been a while Brad" Vamuc said to the beastmen who have a big built and have yellow hair and fur with spots on his back, "Brad, how have you been" Aegis ask, "Everyday is the same, people tried to learn my martial art and then quit halfway" Brad said, "I told you you're not good at teaching, I bet you just told your students to do this and that without explaining things" Aegis said will smiling, "Sh-Sh-Shut up, if they can't keep up with me, they won't be able to handle it, that aside, I heard Vamuc said that this scrawny guy can beat me in a martial art fight" Brad said while pointing to Kento, "Hello sir Brad, my name is Kento Suzaku, right now I am accompanied by Vamuc, Aegis, and Blake to the adventurers guild" Kento introduce himself, "Blake is here? Where is she" Brad said excitedly, "Brad has a crush on Blake, but Blake has been avoiding him" Aegis whispers, "Oh? There you are Blake, why are you hiding behind this scrawny man? Come to me, I will protect you" Brad said, *I see some sparkles and roses behind him* Kento thought to himself, "The last time I go on a quest with you, you just immediately dash to the forest without waiting for me, and when I got there, there was nothing left for me to do, and you said it's all for me? Leave me alone" Blake said while hissing, "How could I let the love of my life dirty her hands like that. Come now, let's go to my place and have a talk" Brad said, "I'd rather have Kento go with me" Blake said, *What does she see in this scrawny guy, if i beat him, it will prove that i am better than him* Brad thought to himself while smiling "Oii you, I challenge you to a duel, if I win, Blake will have to come with me, if you win, I'll call you master from now on" Brad said with a burning fiery passion in his eyes, "Give it up Brad, he even beat me in in arm wrestling, in an instant at that" Vamuc said, "He beat a dwarf in arm wrestling in an instant? That sounds interesting, FIGHT ME KENTO" Brad said while pointing at Kento, "Now that is disrespectful to Blake wouldn't you agree?" Kento asked Brad, "What do you mean disrespectful, if I win, Blake will go with me, if you win I'll call you master? How is that disrespectful?" Brad asks Kento, "Well you didn't ask for Blake's permission, you just came up to me, demanded a duel, and if you win, Blake will go with you, does she have any say in this? Kento asks Brad, "It doesn't matter, I'm gonna take her by force if I have to" Brad exclaims, "Well now, I guess I'm gonna have to teach you a lesson don't I? Where do you want the duel to be held?" Kento said to Brad, "We're gonna duel at my home, let's go" Brad said to Kento.

They all walk towards the biggest building in the martial art center, there Brad told all of his students to go outside and tell the people about the duel, soon enough, lots of people gather at the place, "I heard Brad challenge someone to a duel, that guy is foolish to accept" Said a passerby, "Yeah, doesn't he know that beastmen style is so fast that it's impossible to hit them?" Said another passerby, "It's not too late to back out you know, everyone knows that I am the strongest martial artist in this town" Brad exclaims, "Kento, make sure you beat him" Blake said to Kento while Glaring at Brad, "It's fine, you also better pay attention, who knows you might learn something new" Kento said, "Are you gonna show us some more awesome stuff?" Blake said with sparkly eyes, "Well, I'll be sure to not disappoint that expectation" Kento answered, Brad saw that Blake have Sparkly eyes while talking to Kento got angry "OII, YOU BETTER COME UP HERE FAST SO I CAN BEAT YOU UP", as Kento walks up to the ring, there is a barrier surrounding the perimeter of the ring, "No one will be able to leave this ring until one of us gives up or is unconscious, do you agree? "Brad asked Kento, "I agree, let the fight begin" Kento replied to Brad while entering the wing chun stance, "BAHAHAHA, WHAT KINDA STANCE IS THAT, this is gonna be a cake walk.

Both fighters ready their stance, Kento with the open hand, and Brad crouching down, as soon as the bell rings, Brad using his high speed immediately circle around Kento, "You were foolish to accept the duel, my speed is so fast that even the naked eye can't see" upon seeing his speed, Kento lower his fighting stance and closing his eyes, "I guess he gave up huh, seeing that speed would surely make him realize that he can't hit Brad at all" a passerby said, Blake, Aegis, and Vamuc were watching closely on what would Kento do, "HAHAHA, have you given up immediately after seeing my speed, well I can't blame you, I'm gonna do you a favor and end this in one blow" Brad said while still circling Kento, Brad immediately stops his circling and going straight for Kento's head from behind, Kento then sidestep and let Brad's punch miss him, and then immediately counters with a backhand, Brad was staggered and surprised that Kento actually manage to hit him, "Well now, is that all you've got?" Kento said to Brad, everyone, even Brads disciples were at awe at what just happen, "That's just a fluke, there's no way anyone can hit me" Brad immediately got up and starts circling Kento again, once again, Kento closes his eyes, *He close his eyes again, what is he planning, I'm gonna aim for his head again* Brad thought to himself, As he is about to strike, he saw that Kento's leg were trying to sidestep again, he immediately adjust himself to hit Kento when he sidesteps, *Gotcha* Brad thought to himself, Once again, his fist missed Kento's head and got another backhand to the face, everyone was surprised once again, Kento manage to hit Brad not once, but twice, but the most surprised was Brad *I clearly saw that he was about to sidestep, why does my fist still miss* Brad thought to himself while having a nosebleed, "WHAT DID YOU DO, WHY CAN'T I HIT YOU" Brad said as he wipe off the blood on his nose, "I don't know, why can't you. Now, do you concede" Kento said with a sinister smile, Brad getting angry starts to unleash his beast form, he screams from the top of his lungs and his body expand and grows more fur, now he looks more cheetah than man, after his transformation is done, he said to Kento "I can't believe you would push me to do this, in this form my strength and speed increase by many folds, you won't be able to touch me anymore, you might even die even if I graze you a bit, it is best for you to give up now" Brad said, "BRAD, ARE YOU CRAZY, WHY WOULD YOU UNLEASH YOUR BEAST FORM, KENTO, GET OUT OF THERE" Blake Screamed, "Now now Blake, I'm sure Kento will be able to handle it", Aegis tried to calm Blake down, "Aye, he did beat me in a contest of strength remember? Best for you to believe in him" Vamuc said to Blake, "Hooh, so this is your strongest form huh, I also wanna try it" Kento said, "You wanna try beast unleash? HAH, you're not even a beast, how can you even do that" Brad said, Kento then breath in and out, relaxing his body, limbering his limbs and joints, "Limit Break" The ground suddenly shakes, the barrier broke and Kento's body exudes an aura so strong that the surrounding air feels dense, everyone was overwhelmed, even Brad in his beast form, "What is this, it feels like everything is heavy, it's hard to even breath" Blake said, "Do you remember the Tunic of the grandmasters enchantment? He must've used Limit break" Aegis said, "Now, are you ready Brad, both of us have unleash our potential, this is gonna be an interesting fight", Kento said as he gets into his open hand stance, "What is this pressure, how can someone be so strong" Brad said to himself, "Come, Get up and fight Brad" Kento waiting for Brad to get up, "I guess I have no choice to use this" Brad said as he slowly gets up, "I GIVE UP" after getting up, Brad immediately bow, "…Huh?" Kento exclaim, everyone in the building was so surprised that no one can utter a single word, Brad, the one who claims to be the strongest martial artist just gave up, Kento then turns off the Limit Break, Looks at Blake and gang, and saw them smiling and cheering, happy that Kento had won the duel, Kento then extend a helping hand to Brad "I guess I've won the duel, you won't forget the bet we- or rather, you made right?" Kento said to Brad, "Of course…Master".
