Luna isn't just a simple girl. Others might perceive her as such but this book smart person is hiding something deep in her mind. Luna's eyes widened at the absurd price of a single book even though she could somehow find a way to pay it herself. She even checked its entirety again to make sure if expensive jewels were embedded, making the price logical. To no avail, there was none so she looked at the librarian seriously, indicating that she's not the one to be taken a fool of.
She had not tried buying books before in Magus Nation but she knew the prices from hearing Irene's stories from time to time.
Seeing her calm eyes turn into grim ones made the librarian tremble in fear as she remembered his time as a student. Avoiding her eyes, she said,
