Story about normal(self-proclaimed) high school girl "Kaneko Megumi" that secretly a reincarnator with benefit when 'he' died on earth by truck-sama.
It was when I was three years old that I woke up to "memories of the previous life". As soon as I remember my previous life I discover that I born as a girl in this wolrd while I previously a hansome(lie) popular(treated as servant) male in my previous life.
I remember that I died at 16 old in my previous life on 01 april 20XX. That right I died because god prank. I still remember my meeting with the god.....
I surprise when I still went trough the shock of dieing, I find myself as a floating ball of ligh and a goddess that conratulating my death. I mean before I die I was fishing in the river close to my house and there arent any road near that place... and it was a truck-sama that cause my death.
When I hear the story it seems I win some rare chance to be reincarnated because april fool's day(god prank)~---Not!!....in reflect I hit the head of the goddess. I did not regret my action.
When I ask about my family after I died, it seems goddess did something and erase my existence from everyone memory..... I hit the goddes head again. Goddess complain but it's my way to vent my irritation- I'm not regreting my action.
Well inwardly I feel relief and thankfull by the goddess but, that and this is different matter. Oh I also get 3 wish as reincarnation bonus from the goddess. And when I ask about where will I reincarnate- "You can use one of the wish for that one and if you not- it will be random but.. don't worry I will not send you to hell like place. Well if you prefer that one I will do so" is the goddess answer and I politely decline goddess last offer.
In the end, after long pondering I decide on- masive mana reserve, ESP or superpower(random, and it seems I get Telekinesis) and last is talent to control and mastering my ability.
And I notice it as soon as my memory revives.

In conclusion it's the story of pair siscon-brocon sibling- the brother(Tatsuya) have ability to potentialy destroying the world with emotion unstability and siscon tendency-- thinking again, it's a dangerous world because the main characters is precisely that pair of sibling.
The knowledge I had is limited to the anime version because I only follow the anime, at last I have to get ability to counter Tatsuya 'Decomposition' and 'Elemental sight'-- then multy layered barier it is? I'm glad that barier is all about wall or layer created by compresed mana or psion.

After renew my resolusion, I re-inspect myself. I'm glad that I rechieve my "previous life" memory when I was 3 years old so I already have way and instinc to life as a girl because of the 3 years old memory-- it feel complicated but it is a fact that I currently a loli.
It seems that my 3 years before remembering "previous life" did not have reincarnated benefit and it's only now that I feel the presense of my masive mana/psion reserve. Thank goddes for her consideration.
My family main business is not in magic related but looking trough my current house- it seems that I born in rich family but it still civilian family. It seems that the ancestor from my mother family have some mariage ties with magician family at some point but there no magician born from Kaneko family ever since and I think I'm the first case(but it's still secret from family)
